Hello, everyone! I was fortunate enough to get a mini from a trade. Well, i dont have it in my hands yet. Hopefully early next week.

Anyway, are the majority of the zenesis owners only use theirs at home? Also, i read that someone put a toothpick in the filling hole and pinched the wick, does this help leaking if not all when it is laid down?

Btw, the mini will be my first genesis type atty/hybrid, so tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated :)

there was an update a few pages back, can't remember what exactly was said tho.. I think he said he will be getting them this week but dont quote me on that!

The last I recall, and don't quote me either, was they had to go back to get refinished.
Then the engraver went on vacation, but he was hoping to have the done by or before VaperCon.

I think. LOL

Welcome.

I would read over the FAQ:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...00-zenesis-hybrid-personal-vaporizer-faq.html

Also in those group posts are wick rolling videos.
Holler if you can't find the link, someone will post it.

Me too. I stand them up in the cup holder in my car. I don't plug the fill hole or squeeze the top of the wick closed. It's just easier to keep them vertical IMO.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus

me to cup holders are great then i even put it in my pocket but i'am carfull then when i sit down it's either in my hand or on a table sorted and can vape on :vapor:

I don't believe so.....the zen design eliminates all the gaps except the gap between a depressed and undepressed firing switch. This gap isn't large enough to allow the washer to turn diagonally once installed. The only way would be to install the switch with the washer already in a diagonal position and you would notice this when the switch wouldn't screw in fully. respectfully submitted for your consideration.

Agreed that the tolerances in there are great, and it would be highly unlikely to cause a problem, but I'm still not sure I'd personally want to run that way.
I will say, that early on I thought I had some problems with the switch, but I realized that all of the problems I thought I had were actually problems with my coils in on way, shape, or form. Other than the occasional cleaning, I trust the switch as is now, and fix any problems I have at their root.. YMMV
I would be wary of the washer between the screw and battery also. Or any other spacer such as a washer or magnet. Emonty fried his Ti Mini by adding a thin magnet to the bottom of his battery to lesson battery movement. Had to send it back to Zen to repair.
