He said the valve replacements last only 10 years or so, and will have to be redone, so therefore, it's best to wait as long as is possible so he can retire with good working new valves and have some fun in his old age!

More importantly... the tech is growing and expanding at an exponential rate; in 10 years things will almost certainly be TOTALLY different. Nanotech-grown valves from his own cells, whatever; the longer you can put off invasive surgery the better.

Trippy tip owners... Does the bottom o-ring pop off everytime you remove the tip. Happened twice in a row. Little thing is a pita to get back on there.
