yep I know I'm a bit behind in the thread, but i had to answer this....yep 3 were made and one current owner didnt even know 'she' was getting it black.... right Karen? it was a surprise from Mike ;) one other went to the Twygg auction, and the other is of course, Mike's..... they weren't up for sale publicly, he made em on a whim... just like Stu's 'boomstick' ASH :)

it look's sweet pitty there were only ever three made :(

Only 3, Mike please make more.

I would love a black Zenesis, I missed the black Ti, I missed the BAM, I hope Mike makes something else in black soon.

No the quartz is safe to use with any juices iirc, but it is a bit fragile. It could break if you knock your pv over on the table. Or if! your like me and knock it off the pub table 4 ft to the floor...

sorry, but pyrex is more fragile....mine have withstand some fantastical drops without a mishap, and I've had 2 since february and march...they dropped on pavement and cement, owned 6 zenesi of different types and all are currently original tanks....

and....OH SNAP...POST # 2000 for me ;)

exactly...Karen makes sure that if it's to be fitted for a specific apv, it will...no other vendor can actually say that atm and most DT manufacturers' tolerances are so out of whack they arent very close at all..hence the variations from tip to tip on a single APV...

You can click on my sig .. and go to my store you can choose a drip tip size to fit the line. :)

I know it sounds brutal but in reality all you are doing is slightly enlarging the bore. I think there must be some slight inconsistencies in the drip tip openings on the Line as even my specially ordered tip from kcos wouldn't quite fit in at first.

I must add that this was nothing to do with the drip tip made by kcos (they are superb by the way) and more down to my Line cap being not 100% when I recieved it :)

Wait till you recieve your tips from kcos because you will most likely find they'll fit perfectly!

I don't post in the thread often but I do follow it at all times. It ALMOST feels like I'm intruding by posting here but I saw a few questions about GGTS button position earlier so I thought I'd throw out what I do with the GGTS+ZAG.(What I mean by intruding is everyone seems to know everyone else in the thread. It's not meant to be derogatory, offensive or in any way take away from how friendly and supportive this thread is.)

You can back out the top part of the telescope a bit and then spin the bottom to get the button exactly were you want it. The top part of the telescope does NOT need to be threaded all the way in. It in no way changes how solid the GGTS is or changes the functionality in any way. Since you can back out the top of the telescope one full turn of the ZAG and then adjust the bottom that entire turn you can have the button anywhere you want.

I personally fire with the button against my palm so I have the wick at 6 and the button at 3. Once you have it adjusted to were you want and don't want to mess with it again you can change batteries by disconnecting the GGTS between the telescope and top tube. This way when you screw it back in your firing button will stay were you had it.

I have no problem with my three threading all the way in, at first the threads were a little rough in the SS one but its cool now. I disconnect the top tube from the telescoping one because I use kicks in mine and the kick is at the top of the top tube......:thumb:

zactly....I had the SS version (K-man now posesses it) and threaded on my telescopes or rethreader rings w/ slight resistance.. after a couple tries removing and reattaching, they didnt have a problem.

I dunno, you have eight of the last thirteen posts... Working your way to 3000?

I'm always like that during 'catch-ups'.... you'd think I wouldve had more posts since 2011 lol... a year longer than you Russ, and you've got over 1500...I've seen more, like K-man with bigger post counts in only a couple or few months time Xo
