I'm sure you can understand why I would respectfully decline, it is quite the memory for me. To me, I was just handed the keys to a rare Ferrari and Enzo himself just showed me how it all operated, and tuned it to perfection. I can't say thanks enough. I was very fortunate.

That I can fully understand and appreciate. All I can say is keep her safe and if ever, you know where to find me! :)

I did want to point out about the BAM though.
I was having a little trouble getting consistent hits.
Mike had told me to make sure the switch was in tight.

When I got it home, I broke the switch down and cleaned it up good.
There was some funk on it.
Also, I tried it with a SS switch, and it did work better, but....
I took a small screw driver and scraped away a little of the adonizing (how do you spell that?) in the threading.
Not the high ridges, in the "troughs" of the threading.
Not much, just a tiny bit.
I think that and cleaning the switch well, especially around the threading did the trick.
It's hitting really well now.

Ian, try the battery upside down in the BAM. it worked for someone with the cobalt

Haha!!!!! Sucess!!!! Thanks Unfettered! I did just what you said, ran a small flat head screwdriver through the threads inside the tube, tightened it down and now we are rolling!!!!

I thought the upside down battery was a no-no, tiff. No?

We may have but I certainly didn't know you won that baby. Rat and I are close and we spent the whole time at the airport talking about how cool it would be if we each had one of the twins. Kind of a buddy thing and to have one in the USA and one in Canada. I would be hugely in your debt if we could work something out :)

Having K-man indebted to you is like having a preorder waiting for you for anything your ever want now and in the future. It's a really good deal. I have wanted him to owe me from the minute he bought my 2nd AYS! :vapor:

ps: This is of course unless you want a custom artwork Caravela signed by a dead author and you want the maker to 86 his boat logo image in order to make room for extra artwork. K-Man's good, but he doesn't turn water into wine, but he will drink any that you have nearby.

Well getting it lodged inside you is also a no no, so let's not get stuck on semantics! :p

that's ok....I pointed her out in web stream during VTV the whole time I was there and saw her....as well as everyone else I recognized

and yes, they recorded much of the stream for the last 2 days ;)

I was gonna ask this very thing....
Can someone point me to the recordings?
I'd like to see what I missed on the other side of the room while I was busy running my mouth.

But I was dumb enough to try
And damn right I will! Especially when it's as good as the wine you bring to a party :)
Thanks for that!

Having a battery upside down is a huge "no no" indeed.

If you we're ever to have a break in the battery sleeve (plastic wrapping), the negative would be touching the tube. Battery upright, this is not an issue as firing it makes the body the ground anyway, but with the positive side down, you'd create a huge short. Basically using your whole APV or connect both poles of the battery..... Not cool..
