I just wonder if running a tap down thru the threads would remove enough of the anodizing to eliminate this issue?
Good morning everyone. Glad you got the Provari/Zap issue figured out Russ. Like I said yesterday, I've had that happen more than once with carto tanks and every time it ended up being a juice buildup in the positive connection of the Provari.

The only time I didn't see you at the HoH table was right before we left on Saturday night. You really worked that booth like a champ. it was definitely a trip meeting you. I love that you got the kicked sidewinder up and going! I'm looking forward to doing the same. At the con it was my first chance to try a ZAP and VV. Holy crap! I had no idea what I have been missing. ZAP at like 4.5 volts blew my mind.
I think kicking my sidewinder will give me a very similar experience and I can't wait to get it set up. Or get my hands on a ZAP/provari mini. Hmmmm, all I have to trade is a Caravela and ZAU....I might be able to make it happen

I would think that just cleaning the top post that the screw goes into would allow enough surface area for a good connection to the washer/screw head... I will pry it out of my wife's hand long enough to check it out when I get home. Hers is vaping decently enough rite now - just not throwing the huge clouds my other devices are, but pretty decent. After I lightly sanded the bottom of the bat tube, I would not say it is under performing.

It's back to normal now. My new mattress was just delivered and they can't get the box spring upstairs because it's larger than my old one and...whatever. My mother just called needing $700.00....don't ask.

The sidewinder is dead
I started to have firing issues last night and they got worse, now I can't get it to fire at all. I cleaned the battery contacts (switch and body), and the battery but that did not help. I wanted to inspect the spacer under the attomizer but it's on too tight and I don't have a pair of pliers here at work to unscrew it. Good thing I brought backups this morning.

Even though the Con really did suck, I want to go back.
I am sitting at my gate at RIC waiting to go home. Plane should board any minute.... Should have a lengthy wrap up post by the time I get home. Ian I am still waiting on your post, it better be good. The ob wrap up post was great, definitely surprised me. Didn't picture you like that at all. Your energy is awesome ob.

Cut the other oring, then work it into the center hole where the spring is to hold the spring in place in the center. Now put the spacer back in with the long side of the spring facing down. Screw the tank back on. You should be making a good connection now and the spacer/spring wont bump around.

Yeah Vicsan said they got in late last night, and had a bad drive got stuck in some traffic. Hopefully we will hear from him soon, but it will probably take him a little while to catch up. LOL I know it took me over 2 hours last night to catch up from the posts during and right before VC.

Cigarbabe left my house sometime around 1am last night headed home so chances are she's still sleeping. Asked her to let me know when she got in but have yet to hear from her. Was alive, healthy and breathing when she left here though so I'm sure she's fine. Will update if/as soon as I hear anything so that you may all relax.
