I'd like to ask for some help from the crowd. I've been fairly religious about following the thread, and have my eye on both a Cobalt and a SW when they turn up at electronicstix.
For my purposes... I _think_ the SW is a better bet. I like the kick. They're both 18350 (which makes me nervous, but... it is what it is.) I like the 'pocket safe' cap.
The only thing that bothers me is that I remember seeing a couple of posts that said the SW was actually fairly heavy, even though a lot of the parts are anodized aluminum.
Request:
Can a male SW owner throw on a sport coat, put the (fully loaded.. tank, battery) SW in the inner coat pocket, button it, and take a picture? I want to see if it shows, or if the weight makes the coat pull...
Also... Could any of you mini owners give me an idea how long the 18350 lasts (without a kick)? I'm roughly a 6 mL / day vaper. Is one battery going to get me through a 8-10 hour work day? Carry a spare in my laptop bag for long days or travel days? Will I be ok, or will I need a battery case and a lot of spares? An 18650 lasts me 12-16 hours. Math on the battery mah would imply 4-5 hours from an 18350, but I know it doesn't always work like that.
If the SW is heavy enough to be a problem, I'll be going with a Cobalt. If not, I _think_ I'll enjoy the SW more.

I can't help you on the SW questions, but I absolutely love my Zenesis Mini (kcos likes hers a little too I think). I use 18350's the majority of the time even in my devices that accept an 18650, I just prefer the smaller form factor.
Depending on your set-up (number of coil wraps), battery life can vary some, but the "general rule" is you can get through the tank on one battery.
If I'm not going to have a charger handy and am leaving the house for the day I'll typically have one battery in the Mini, and a small case that holds 2 extras. Depending on how I vape, and how long the day is, sometimes I don't touch the third battery, sometimes I get about 1/2 way through its charge.

I can't answer your questions about the SW, but an 18350 battery generally lasts around three to four hours in my Mini. I carry two extras in my pocket, along with some kanthal wrapped around a card, and my allen wrenches in a little case like this one
I can answer a couple of the questions......
The Zens were designed to have the battery last for a full tank worth of vaping. This could vary with your style of vaping. Chain vaping or a short would reduce the battery time.
There will probably never be a Ti with a large wick hole. This is a guess on my part so take it with a grain of salt.
I think the only Zen Standards that were aluminum were the original 5? prototypes that were made. The MFA from VC may be an exception since they were a nod to the original prototypes........

She is right though, that there is some variation in there according to your vape style.
I tend to chain vape. I can usually get through a tank on one battery in the standard and/or mini.
But, since I do chain vape, every device I currently own going at the same time, I'm iffy of how long a battery usually lasts.
Others have posted about this though.
If you have a ProVari or ProVari mini, the SideWinder is comparable in weight of just the ProVari mini with battery inside.
I didn't actually put them on a scale, just held them in my hands.
I believe there were the original 5 aluminum prototypes and the "December 10" aluminum standards.
I have one of the "Dec 10".
So, 15 aluminum standards. The finish is different on the MFA and Blue Line than on the AlumiZens. (as I call them, LOL)
The MFA and Blue Line are minis.
As are the cOBalt, BAM, and Pchela, just different colors/finishes.
