510=4&3/8inch
808=4.5 little over with the ashcap. about 7/8th inch longer after adding flat tip
510 FL mod=5 3/4 18650 mod, about a c and a half stacked size i would think
Regular 510 is definately the best size to me, 808 feels a little long for me esp with a flat tip added. Would love to see them start making flat tip cartos. The round ones just don't feel natural for the size. I prefer it to feel like a black & mild. I would love to find something smaller like a blu that works well.

LOL!The eGO's width is 14mm. Someone needs a new ruler..err.. wait I have something for THAT ruler to measure

I'd like to know that as well b/c I'm looking for my first 5v mod that is not a big ugly, heavyweight thing to carry around. (Waiting on the Joker - - I think the Prodigy V2 is way too large for me).

A KR 808-D1 battery is about the same (maybe a hair smaller) diameter as the 510 battery. The KR 808 Mega is simply longer, but puts out 380 mah and lasts 2-3 hours on a charge. I prefer both over the standard 510 battery.
Right now I alternate between the 808 Mega w/510 atty and my eGo. Damn, I love my eGo!!!!
Oh, got it - thanks! I think the kr808 is the same as a Vapor King - which is basically a 510 size, unless you are using the extra long battery. I think they are about the same as a 510 in diameter, too.
Diameter is across the center of a circle - basically how thick it is. You could stand it on it's end on the ruler to see how thick it is.

The Mega batt you asked about is 90 mm by 10 mm. I run those on a Titan 510 atty with the round cart. The e-cig as a whole is 136 mm in length.
Awesome! Thank you - so none over 7" except the above. That certainly isn't "pocket-sized!" LOL!
Do you use it that way when you are out-and-about on the town or just at home?
My eGo/Tornado with the mega atty and cart is 5" long and the diameter at the widest is about 1/2". I was able to fit two of them assembled, facing in opposite directions (cart end for one to battery end of the other) in one of those reading glasses cases.
Gotcha, always got confused with the diameter radius circumference stuff lol
They are about the same size, I might have got the bigger battery not sure, its about 5/8th inch longer than a 510 battery.
