you got to check this out then. it is a vaporizer for herbs and tobacco rather than e-juice, but it's basically exactly what you're looking for :p
PUFFiT Portable Vaporizer on Sale

Wow cool, should have known somebody would have come to the same conclusion. What else should Johnny Come Lately expect, one of the perils of being a noob :D
Not sure I like the price, but since it is out there if the pressure mounts the $$ won't matter as much

Bottom line, I am considerate. I don't vape around strangers that might smell it unless it is in a smoking area. That being said, the only place I choose NOT to vape in my kids school activities. I just don't think it's appropriate.

Boldest place? I guess that would be the deli meat counter at my local store.

No, airlines here do not ALL expressly forbid the use of e-cigs. That is up to each airline and there are a few that do allow it. That said, I would still stealth vape as much as possible on the planes that do allow it so as not to cause any undue commotion and then have it banned.

I vape everywhere. You see, I am older than a lot of you and used to be able to smoke everywhere. I remember using the ashtrays on the planes, heck I have even bought cigarettes on a plane duty free.

I don't consider it bold or rude. Rude would be billowing clouds of smoke anywhere it may bother others around you. I merely mind my own business, keep the vapor to myself as much as possible. I have vaped in the doctors office, restaurants in a few states, on planes, at the airport, in bars, at the grocery store, at the dentists office, and I am sure other places I can't think of as well. And I have been vaping less than 2 months. No one has ever said anything to me in any of these places and I surely don't hide it. I just respect those around me and don't make a spectacle of it.

Actually, I live in Canada and the largest carrier here is Air Canada. Their policy is no use on board. aircanada.com - Carry-On Baggage

Respectfully, I have to disagree with this. Vaping doesn't fit ANY of the criteria that has gotten cigs banned in public places. People need to educate themselves about what it is and isn't. If Rosa Parks wouldn't have been so uppity and just sat where she "belonged", She, and the rest of Black America might still be sitting in the back of the bus.

I feel it is a matter of etiquette as much as rights and the law.
There is no law against sitting in church on Sunday, lifting a cheek, and letting go a thunderous fart.
To the best of my knowledge, I can legally play the same Bee Gees song at moderate levels, over and over again, 24/7 on the outdoor speakers on my patio.
As far as I know, there is no law that forbids me from walking into a public rest room and ...... all over the floor.
My workplace does not have a policy against my starting every workday with a 30 minute yodeling session.
These four things, and countless others, are not illegal but ARE anti-social (in particular, that Bee Gees song thing). Perhaps, if one were to fart every Sunday service because there is no law against it, at one point, there may be a policy against it.
You may be asking if I really am comparing vaping to farting in church. It is not a matter of what I believe. There are people who would see them at the same level of offensiveness.
You can then counter with the argument that these people are just ignorant of the facts about vaping. Is that really the best way to get our message across? It seems to be much too preachy to me.
Oh, and I personally feel that the comparison of the basic human rights of an entire race to my rights to vape wherever I feel, is more then a bit of a stretch.

Ok. Finished with the soapbox. Who's next?

When I was a smoker, I walked to class smoking a cigarette with tons of other students around me. When I was in NYC, I did the same, smoking a cigarette with tons of people old and young walking along the busy streets. When I look back at myself, I think wow what a huge ....... I was to non-smokers. Now that I am a vaper, I just don't vape around non-smokers/vapers unless they are my friends/family and they are okay with it. The "smoke" coming out of our e-cigs still has an odor to it depending on the ejuice with a considerable cloud of "smoke" and I wouldn't dare vape in public areas where it might offend/disgust/annoy someone else. I just vape happily in my house and car

See, to me, this is a smoker's mentality. This what the anti-vapors are wanting to happen. For vaping to become the same as smoking. If you treat vaping the same as smoking, guess what will happen? Makes me wonder why so many people who feel this way switched over in the first place.

I too vape anywhere, when i feel the urge, never in "in your face" usually walk of a bit. I was confronted at a Six Flags. I was waiting for all the kids to be rounded up, it was late in the evening, i was tiered and grumpy, i walked over to the side, no one directly by me, broke out my REOs and started getting down. There was a LEO about 20ft in front of me with his back to me. Then a large group of security guards were walking by going in the secret door i was standing next to. They all gave me a look but proceed on their way, but i could see the look in one of the young security guards eyes. They all went into the door, but seconds later he had manned up enough to come back out and confront me saying "This is a no smoking area!" he was all bowed up, i replied "Well its a good thing I'm not smoking then" LOL... We were arguing over vaping.. well he was arguing I was stating facts. The LEO walked over and asked me nicely to put it up, so I did. After the guard left me and the LEO had a good laugh as we discussed different mods and the emboldened security guard. Other than that i get a lot of people thinking I'm smoking some kind of ......... pipe??? I'm like WTH! its an e-cig.... some of these mods do look quite strange and are not discreet in their appearance at all. Mostly though it they start up some really good conversations with the curious.

Respectfully this is not a case if Racism. It's a case of a vice. We do not have the moral High Ground Rosa Parks did.

When it comes to vaping in public, I don’t see that much of a problem with having the “smoker’s mentality” Perhaps, I just don’t like offending unnecessarily.
Lets reverse the rolls a bit here. What if you were standing in an open area like a park with your family and a couple of people standing a few feet away lights up. Would you be totally ok with that?
As for the reasons for my vaping, that has nothing to do with what others think of me and everything to do with what I want.

Well I haven't been vaping that long (about a month) but.... I was getting into my truck from a doctors visit last week. I got in, opened the windows and dripped a few drops into my atty and take a few hits. To my surprise after I put the pv down I looked to my side mirror to start backing out and noticed the car next to me was occupied by a woman with her windows down, staring right at me with an odd look on her face. I wonder what she thought I was doing!
LOL

If we don't vape in public, not in an in-your-face offensive manner, but in public, then we are not giving anyone the opportunity to be familiar with what vaping is. I'd rather do it openly and answer any questions from the curious than let them believe whatever lies they might be exposed to from the media.

I generally don't vape indoors anywhere in I will vape outside or what not.

The last thing I want to do is offend anyone by vaping inside a public place. I could care less if it's allowed or not, 90% of the time I find that it would be inappropriate.

Basically I vape anywhere that smoking would be allowed and am as respectful as possible.
