Ive experimented with some very potent compounds lethal in the single digit microgram range (an amount you cannot even see with the naked eye would kill 10+ people) and TRIED to simulate such a fatal skin exposure to an ultra-high concentration aqeous (distilled water) solution (10mg/ml) several times (whilst having a pre-loaded syringe of the suitable receptor antagonist handy of course). I was never able to kill and save myself. I left copious amounts of the solution on my skin for 10+ minutes. Without suitable solvent carriers, the transdermal absorption rate was dismal (and keep in mind this is microgram lethal so very very few molecules even need to absorb).
Theres almost no way your going to be able to transdermally administer a fatal dose of nicotine without utilizing special carrier agents to do so.
Why the hell would you even attempt to do that?
