Right on Jude! I also "quit by accident" buying a cheapy 510 kit just for the heck of it to try out, since a friend at work was using one---how shocked was I when I realized I didn't want any cigarettes after that, just whammo and done with it. Of course now I spend countless hours here reading, ordering, reading, ordering...etc.

I think a lot of us are accidental quitters. I bought my ego-t just so I could vape at work, and not have to take so many cigarette breaks. I ended up quitting fairly easily.

I think the best advice I could give to anyone is "dont put pressure on yourself". It seemed to work for me. 25 year Pack and a half a day Camel Light smoker. I told myself the second day I had my ego-t "just go to work and try to make it to lunch time without a cigarette". Then lunch would come, I would eat and instead of going outside with my friends to smoke, Id sit at my desk and vape. Then Id tell myself "ok, that was easy, now just make it until 4pm and reward yourself with a Cigarette on the way home!" 4pm would hit and Id get to my car and vape instead. I did it in baby steps.

vaping became my habit over the cigarettes. I did *not* tell people I worked with that I was quitting, because I did not want the added pressure from them. It really worked for me.
