How did you start vaping?

Long story short, I googled "ecigs" one night and found a website. I had a cpl hundred bucks worth of stuff in my cart in about 10 mins. Of course, I did zero research on the vaping world before hand. ( big mistake)

In the first week, I spent over a grand on supplies. (Got ripped off)

I then found ECF and started doing research and educated myself on everything.

Fast forward 2 years, I'm still smoke free and love every minute of it.

Share how you started! Who got you started? Looking back, how much money did you spend on total crap?

I got hooked into the "free" online deal. Also a mistake although I didn't spend as much as you. After I established that I wasn't happy with that deal, I stopped by a new store I noticed had opened up not far from me. The rest is history.

Well i tried once from a acquaintance whom i've lost contact since.

Recently been thinking about cutting down on analog and hence started to do some research and ended up here.

I was looking for wall mount electric cigarette lighters, found Blu cigs, ordered, waited 2 months, cancelled, found ECF, and ordered a 510 titan starter kit from Totally Wicked.

Well I originally started a few years back, a friend of mine had a cig-a-like and I was trying to quit smoking. Started with a cig-a-like and moved to a Joye510 pen style. Ended up relapsing about 9 months later on cigs. Left vaping for about 2 yrs. I wound up having a lot of health problems and was hospitalized for 5 days with bronchitis and Pnemonia. Got out of the hospital and was diagnosed with Pleurisy and adult onset asthma. Enter nebulizer treatments and inhalers. 8 months later decided I was sick of not being able to breathe and the constant hacking. Came to ECF and was blown away at all the advances in vaping and PVs. A month later here I am and loving every minute

I had (again) stopped smoking on Jan 1st 2010 by Jan the 10th 2010 I was still craving an cig and about to fail when my wife found a crappy e-cig (cig alike) and i haven't looked back.

I have spent quite a lot of money on crap but now mix my own juice have 3 mods SSGGTS, GGTB & VAMO, a DID rebuildable a couple of carto tanks plus lots of other stuff I never use.

I was getting alarmed by my increased smoking and my husband suggested an e-cig, a Mistic. I liked it but wanted to vape all these wonderful flavors I kept hearing about. So I got myself a pretty pink eGO with a pink clearomizer and I haven't looked back! I'm now down to zero nic, and still loving vaping! Vape On!
