This winter, Atlanta found itself enjoying the coldest winter in 30 yrs; I had been smoking outdoors-only for the past 16 yrs, but in the kind of winter we just suffered, it was excruciating, having to stand out there in 20 degree weather just to smoke a stupid cancer stick. I'd tried a cigalike before, and it was nasty ("Fin", tasted like pipe tobacco), but I knew there were others, so I got an Njoy, "light" in the gold pack. It was a lot closer to what I was accustomed to, but still tasted pretty bad, more like eucalyptus than tobacco. It did come in very handy when my mom was in the hospital, just duck into the bathroom of her pvt room and vape away -- though I didn't know then it was called that. But I was still unhappy with the taste, so I bought a Blu; ick, sweet pipe tobacco again, ick, I gave that away to my neighbor the very next day. So then I got mad, and thought *surely* there's something about these things online, some alternative to this horrible sweet taste. Googled it, and found this place, and my whole life changed -- was there EVER something about these things online!
My first *real* e-cig was an eRoll, because it *just had to be* the size/shape of a cigarette. It really did the trick as far as getting me first to cut wayyyyyyy down on the smokes, until I finally quit, about 3-4 wks after starting to use it, but I noticed by the end of the first week how irritating it was to have to keep rotating them in and out of the PCC, and *constantly* having to refill that .4ml tank, just a huge PITA. So I started asking around about something that wasn't cigalike, but still smallish and slim, and found the iTaste vv3 -- liked it so much that 3 wks later I bought another! Now, I have 4 PVs (NOT counting the eRoll!), 7 BCCs, some new cartos, and just got a nautilus; in May I'm planning on an IBTanked, a red ARO Winder to go with my red ARO Pyrex, and maybe some kind of rba.
I smoked cigarettes for 39 years and loved them, but NEVER AGAIN.
