Ok heres my problem... I really like AVEjuice.com's Havana Gold juice but it only comes in 100% VG; which is too thick to work in my AFS/AVS (it works but it vapes too harsh sometimes because the liquid is too thick). I want to make it into a 70%VG / 30%PG mix but not lose any flavor... Can any of you mix-ologist help me out...

If not there's really not a way you can thin it out without losing SOME flavor. You can try thinning your VG out with a lil distilled water instead of PG, you won't need to use quite as much so won't lose as much flavor.

To render the consistency of PG, VG is cut 4 to 1 with distilled water, which equates to 20%, which in turn will indeed dilute the flavour considerably. E-mail the individual and see if you cannot get the flavour in 100% PG, or try and buy just the flavouring to compensate for the dillution.
I second the PGA suggestion.
I'd mix a small amount to test.
About 2.85ml of your juice and 0.15ml of the PGA. Try that 5% cut and see if that works.
Can then try other small experiments adjusting the percentage to see where the perfect flow and maximum taste is. Once you find that, scale up and re test.
