My Simple Method to General Cleaning:

1) Soak in 90 iso alcohol for 15-60 minutes, depending on grossness of taste.
2) Blow through the battery end to get as much of the iso out to take down drying time.
3) Let dry, or if you need your nic fix or in a hurry, I'll stand it up on top of a lightbulb or hair dryer for 5 minutes.

And sometimes you need to...

4) Grab a toothpick or paperclip and pick the pieces of polyester off the bridge of the atty. These little hairs can cause a nasty burnt taste. Another reason to go ZFM (Zero Filler Mod)

Flavors...

Depends on if going from something like Camel to 555 or Menthol to Cappuccino, but methods discussed above are fine.

My experience is if you dry burn you damage the atty, and they are mage to be kept moist, There are hundreds of threads on this, some use everclear alcohol, others ultrasonic cleaners for jewelry. Usually if you soak them in White vinegar for 20 minutes, rinse with hot water really well adn then re-prime with juice htey are good to go.
