Like others.....I've had NO leaking problems with any of my Protank 2's or PT2 Mini's...
As suggested by rez....Check the o-rings - on the base and the seals on the top and bottom of the glass tank...
If you over-tighten, you can compress/distort the rings, causing a leak...
OR...they may be damaged or have some foreign matter on them, keeping them from sealing properly...
Good Luck!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

My brand new protank2 leaks through the center hole as well. I'm new to vaping and not technically inclined at all either. Beyond checking to make sure my connecting parts are screwed together well I am lost and mad that I spent my hard earned money on this leaky thing, as well as mad about the amount of juice I have lost trying to make it work.

I don't know if it's just me, or if it's just a design flaw, but I was wondering what I could do to keep my PT2 from flooding at night. I've tried storing it upright, it leaks on to my connector, on it's side, it still leaks through the air holes if the tank is full enough. I usually take my e cig to bed with me because I'll watch a movie or a couple episodes of a show before I actually fall asleep, so I'll be able to vape while I watch. Unfortunately after a while, I just fall asleep, so actively unscrewing everything and storing it upside down to see if that works isn't going to happen.

Is there anything I can do? Or am I just stuck with it?

upright .... doesn't work
side .... doesn't work

that only leaves one more

UPSIDE DOWN! - YUP that works.

I've suspected that the heads I got are knockoff heads. They didn't come in the box with the blister pack, they came individually bagged in "crack baggies" with a sticker indicating the ohm's, they aren't engraved/etched with the ohms either like the ones that came in the box with the tank are either. If this is the case, hopefully I can rebuild them better.
.

HAHA thanks for the laugh, now I have a new name for those little bags!!

i am a new to vaping and last week i experienced this, to try and fix it i built a new coil with a 2mm silica wick and for the flavor wick i used a single 2mm flavor wick. problem solved been a little over a week now and all seems fine even over night.
also be sure that your tank is not being warmed over night like from a heat vent as this will cause leakage for sure.

Watch a basic video on how to fill a Protank, there are plenty on YouTube. It's a bottom fill tank, make sure you don't get any juice in the center hole. Only fill at a slant, bottom side up and make sure the juice only goes in at the sides. Don't overfill, if you see juice fixing to hit the top of center hole, stop adding juice. Make sure your coil is screwed in tight and right. Check to see if the plastic O ring is still on connector. Once it's put together let the filled tank sit a couple of minutes, then blow on the mouthpiece hard about 3 times. Any juice that went in wrong can now be dabbed away with a paper towel at the bottom of the tank. There's also an O ring that lives inside the mouth piece, next time you clean it check that it's still there. O rings are inexpensive and sold many places:)

I also used to suffer from Leaky Coil Syndrome. Brand new, out of the box, legit Kanger coils. Some would leak, some wouldn't. I feel a good part of this particular problem is their QC. Gawd help you if you're getting knockoff coils.

I found that all of my leaking issues stopped when I started rebuilding my PT/EVOD heads. I do a 1.8Ω 30ga microcoil wicked with organic cotton and have been happy so far.

I have not experienced any leaking.

My suggestion would be to dismantle the entire tank, thoroughly clean and rebuild. I'm wondering if some juice/gunk is getting in between some of your seals resulting in the leak.

When I first started using the airflow attachment I had trouble from sine juice getting underneath the wheel. A quick cleaning of every part and the problem has been resolved.
