just a question to you guys out there.How do you siam when ur frens ask u to go smoke with them in the public? Especially when you are drinking or chilling out with them and theres no way you can openly vape? Im sure everyone here has smoking kakis as majority of us are influenced by our peers to pick up smoking.

I will still follow them and vape.
In a way I'm encouraging them to switch to vaping. Of coz I will not be vaping so openly untill it's like showing off my PV to everybody in public. Take a vape then keep in pocket kind. PV unlike analogs, we do not need to hold them all the way right? Look see around and then vape discreetly.
To sum it all up, I do not siam. Still join in the session with my peers.

Haha like that quite inconvenient sia like must keep on the look out for people reminds me when I was 17 looking out for any police or my parents catching me red handed. Haha
If you put it in that way, yes, it's incovenient. But then in the other way, it's not really incovenient. How often do we need to take a vape? On analogs yes because that stick is buring in your hands and every mins you have to puff it. For me I'm not a heavy vaper. Maybe every 10 or 15 mins then I take 1 or 2 toot from my PV. So for my thinking is every 15 mins just a quick glance around to vape VS siaming away from my peers for sessions(which could end up they thinking I avoiding them or make them think I no longer wanna associate with them anymore), I personally think that bit of incovenient would not hurt.
Again I said, do it discreetly. Not need to vape till waving your PV in the air and telling everybody: "I'm vaping!!"

As far as I know, it is not illegal to use an electronic cigarette in Singapore. Please find link below from Singapore Customs although it is quite outdated. Check out the third paragraph from the bottom.

When a friend jios you to smoke, it means they treat you as someone who can chitchat talk .... during break... So, in this scenario, I'll bring along my e-cig and just vape discreetly... Tada!! Still get to join in the latest chitchat and cocking sessions. 
I dont see the need to siam .. most prob they would be more interested on my PV and I would convert them over to a healthier choice

HuH? Wth sia... Cannot import but can vape in public... Kinda dun make sense tho... Maybe is last time law... Now everything also money... I believe its becoz they wan all vapors to vape in public so use this law to say it's not illegal so can catch us...
