How do you taste your recipe?

I use the same tank for testing as I use for all day, every day vaping. I use Kanger tanks keeping about 3 in rotation of full, needing cleaning or clean and empty.
Broken in, with plain PG, Long Barrel HH.357, an I06, a Chris Creations Fatty v3, or a Kennedy.
I use my rebuilt Atlantis coil so I can replace the cotton after super potent flavors like clove, I agree that I taste them five ten minutes after mixing so that I know what aging does, good or bad, or indifferent!
I'm a beginner, but I use whatever I intend to vape the juice with. Unless you're mixing for others, it makes sense to tailor a liquid to your personal device/setup.
I use the little inexpensive igo-L. When I first started DIY, from my cigalike starter kit, I would take the filling out of the cartomizer and use it to taste flavors. Hey it worked. Good luck to you and happy mixing.

Hoosier after your post I was looking for the Fatty V3 and it looks like a really good option, I have not been able to find the HH.357 on ebay

The HH.357 is only available from avid vapor afaik.
The I06 is an ikenvape product. (req's a special drip tip unlike the HH)
I always seem to have a rig with the Fatty v3 on me. Can be a bugger-bear to hold everything in alignment while tightening the screws on a new coil, but rock solid and nearly indestructible once assembled correctly.

Being that I vape with kayfuns I use a kayfun style RDA. The only draw back with this particular RDA is regulating air flow but once you get it right is works very well.

Having in mind that I mainly use Kayfuns, I will look for one of these, thank you Danny, also getting an Atty V3
If you decide to use this Don't let the deep well fool you I find 6 drops works well. Lets you vape for quite a while on 6 drops. Don't over do it or they flood. At 6 drops you'll find the taste very accurate to a kayfun at the same voltage or wattage..

well the very first thing i do is put a drop on my finger and taste it directly
They don't have the taste like the fruit and sweets so that wouldn't be my first choice .....
