How does Health Cabin package your orders?

Dear All,

We do send most orders via EMS or China Airmail. Here go details and pics about different packaging via EMS or China airmail.

A. orders via EMS.

each order sent via EMS will be sent with a EMS label inside a transparent envelope saying "EE*********CN" on the face and a sticker with same tracking number on another side of the package. the two tracking numbers must be same.

according to the weight and content of orders, we will package them in three methods: boxes, black plastic bags, white EMS plastic bags.

B. orders via China airmail.

when your order is less than 2kg, we will send it via china regular airmail. each package will be sent with a tracking number "RR*********CN" and an detailed address on front side, a customs declaration on the back side.

when your order is over 2kg, we will send it in a box via china mega airmail. each package will be sent with a green label saying the tracking number CP*********CN inside a transparent envelope and a detailed shipping address on front side. each package will be sent with a sticker with same tracking number on another side.

all packages do not indicate our company name or ecigarette or ejuice and something alike.

so, your order when shipped to canada so far haven't been sent back from customs cuz they think there's something to do with something as to how you labelled your shipment??

sorry. i am not quite sure about whether how we labelled shipments made a difference. perhaps. the declaration name makes a difference.

we have not got orders returned from canada customs from this January. we do not send orders to canada via ems for a few months. we send orders there only via china airmail now. china airmail has a bigger chance to pass through customs.

normally it takes 14-20 days to reach Canada customs via china registered airmail.

That does sound kinda funny, 14-20 days by AIR mail, the plane must have a lot of layovers

I love the way things are packaged from Health Cabin! I received my 2 orders over the past week, both in boxes, one via China Air and one via EMS. They both included liquids along with assorted accessories. With the recent heat wave we've been experiencing, I thought for sure I would be receiving a mess; neither package had a drop leaked. Also, the padding within the boxes is set up like a loving womb for the goodies inside. I know this thread is more about the packaging than the packing, but I couldn't help myself. They are very nicely packed!

Yeah I would say, it takes half a day to fly from China, one day in the air, two to three weeks on the ground. We might be better off putting the order on a refugee boat and if the wind is blowing right the thing would probably get here faster Like the refugees though who the hell knows if it will ever arrive with the way our Customs is

This isn't your fault of course as it's a matter of the inefficiencies of the system but it sure would be nice to be able to get this knocked down to just a few days at some point in the future without having shipping costs out of sight

Do you ship liquid separately? also, if the order is big, is there a chance you could separate the shipment in different packages? 2 or 3 to keep the size of the packages low to avoid customs fees?

Thank you for your asking. we do ship orders to Costa Rica via China airmail. when your order is over 2kg, we will split it into 2 parts and send them separately.

hmmm, but, I don't want it shipped to costa rica but to US, so I assume I would have free EMS shipping, my question is, cna you splict the package if sent through EMS?

we have no problems sending orders through customs in the USA via ems.

when your order is over 10kg, we may consider split it into 2 parts.
