How does this atomizer, from fasttech, wroks?

Does it have a coil and wick or does it have the spongy like the "cigarette type"? Where is the coil? Thanks.

It's a cartotank. The cartomizer inside has a spongy polyfill that is constantly being wet by the juice in the tank around it.

How is this thing compare to the clearomizer type, with wick?
Will the spongy need to be replace/rebuilt like wick? How long before replace?
Will I be able to get the spongy and replace only spongy? Or can I use something else to take place of the spongy, let say cotton balls?
Sorry for silly question. I have never touched nor seen how people do maintenance on it.

You just replace the carto by a new one! Even if some ppl clean them, I think you shouldn't, as the flavor will never be as good as a new one.
They should last a week or two depending on use.
