NorCal of course
hi.
new member. 22 year pack a day.
I started out with a halo G6 kit with pre filled cartos with a sampler pack about 6 months ago. it was ok, but didn't do it for me. went back to HALO and got the little clearomizers for the G6. it helped but still didn't get me off the cigs. finally went to eBay a couple weeks ago and got a cheap ego kit, 1100mah. I used the juice from my halo sampler, and wow! what a difference. I was able to kick the analogs a few days later.
knowing that I needed to get more serious about my devices, I got an iTaste MVP a week ago. love it! I added a kanger EVOD and it really like that tank over the top wick clearomizer.
just went back and ordered a sigelei zmax 3. should be here in a couple days. I've gone from a simple ego to two mods in about 2 weeks.
I also just ordered an IGO L to try out dripping.
I'm hooked!!

thanks to pbusardo and grimmgreen as well as indoorsmokers for your great review videos. after years of failed attempts to quit smoking, I know I finally did it.

true that. I have a collectors mentality and a love for gadgets. I definitely have flavor A.D.D
this is gonna get expensive but I didn't have a problem spending $200 a month on cigs so I'm ok with the expense of new flavors and devices.
though I can't see myself blowing $300 on a mechanical so I know I have some restraint.

Got the MFS $14.95 eGo/CE4 starter kit. Ten days later had a USB eGo, an eVic, a liter of unflavored 50/50 nic base, and some flavors. Ten days later had my first REO Grand with RM2. Things slowed down a bit and it was two weeks or more before I had the second REO Grand with 3 RM2s and nic base in the freezer. Fairly fast start.

Getting hooked on dripping was what got me into REOs--all day, one-handed dripping machines.

Must be a common problem. I started with cig look alikes from gas station and hated them. Within a week got eGo CE6 starter kit. Following week got eGo twist, then within a few days ordered a vv passthrough with lcd screen. Just ordered protank II. I have tried different clearomizer, cartomizers etc to find what I like best (bottom coil clearomizer) and trying different flavor juices is just fun. I just ordered from Mt. Baker Vapor and love their prices. I've heard great things about them too. I have slowed down a bit but think that's only because of limited funds lol.

Welcome to ECF and enjoy your new hobby, it's much better than smoking. Once I tried the eGo I was hooked :vapor:

Funny thing now is that I don't like my original eGo CE6 at all, only use it in emergencies!

Greetings; In the time I've been vaping -- about 2 months -- I've gone from from regular eGo to eGo Twist to -- as of this past weekend -- a Vamo. Along the way, I tried 4 different types of clearomizers until I found one that really did it for me.

My original starter kit actually gave a pretty decent vape, but the clearo top malfunctioned, so I had to start trying new things right off the hop.

Regards
Glenn

I'm stuck at VV/VW devices...not getting into building....not for a while...other than that...I went from Vamo2 to Ego/Evod to MVP2, I like them all and use them all...now awaiting to more tube mods and some more Pro Tanks
that adds up to: Vamo 2
SVD
SID
3 Evods, 1 Ego
& MVP 2
6 Kanger Pro Tanks Mini (v 1 & 2)
6 Kanger Pro Tanks (v 1,2 & 3 not Dual or Uni)
1 DV BCC

beside the xmas ProVari, do I need anything else?

I hadn't yet finished my first disposable Blu when I ordered a Bloog starter kit.
I was on the first day of my Bloog starter kit when I ordered an Ego passthrough and Evod.
I was ordering an Ego Twist and Protank a couple of hours before the the passthrough and Evod arrived.

That was one event filled week, wherein I got to know the UPS guy really well.

I started with an eGo C Upgrade starter kit and an eGo Twist with CE4s. Used those for about 4 months without quitting smoking, or even really cutting down.

Went and bought an MVP v1 and some cartotanks (quit smoking), and 10 days later bought an SVD. 3 weeks after that I bought my first mechanical (Sigelei 13a) and an AGA-T2. 2 weeks later bought a couple of higher end mechs and some RDAs, and that's where I'm at now. Occasional mech purchase (have a Bagua coming in the mail today) and my preferred juices. That's all I buy now :)

Today marks 3 weeks since my last analog. I had cheaper ego clones earlier this year, but over all, I wasnt ready to really give it all up (the analogs). This time is different, other then a few cravings, I have no desire to go back. But it hasnt been cheap, evic, back up vision spinner, a new device purchased last night and lots of juices and different tanks. 3 weeks and I am about $500 into this. I know it will level out, and I am thankful for 0% interest CC.

Good luck and welcome!

Rob
