HOW has the Provari not been cloned?

Maybe it's sort of like cars. I have a Toyota Camry that is as nice of a car as you could ask for. It's not a BMW. I think that even if some company other than BMW made a car that was exactly the same they couldn't get the same price for it that the BMW company can command. It is the status symbol of performance with that little badge on the hood. Same with a Provari. It may be exactly the same or better, but it's the name recognition that sells, snob appeal if you will excuse me. No bashing intended.

I never had a nasty button issue on my two V3s. One has been use for ten months. Soon I'll have a one year old V3 and it didn't cost me the $160 entry fee to own a Provari for a year.

Good to see that your V3 is doing well. My experience was not that of the quality you speak of. I guess I'm too rough on things. :)

I tried Provaris a couple of times. That's why I have Sigelei Zmax Telescopic V3s. I have no interest in a 18350-only mini, Sigelei or any other. Have you owned a Sigelei V3?
I've tried the V3 that my friends have at my local vape shop. Sorry, but it felt light and cheap in my hands; didn't feel like a quality product. The telescoping threads were squeeky and noisy and had nowhere near the smoothness of my Provari's threads. I would have no interest in owning one even if it was for free. Just my honest opinion.

Bad - By the way, where did you get the sleeve and cap? Vapage doesn't seem to be selling them anymore. I can't find them on their site if they are.

I got my VMod-XL when they had a 40% off discount code. I used the savings to purchase the wood-grained sleeve. The drip tip is a pyrex tip from Sagewood Glass, who recently went out of business.

I hadn't been on the Vapage website in a while. It does appear they don't offer the custom sleeves any longer.

Hey Bad - they still offer the colored ones though. I've got that awesome blue and the silver one too. The last time I checked they still had the textured ones, but I guess they squashed those, based on your more recent observation.

My experiences with Sigelei were, well, they bit (if I must be blunt). Mods didn't hold up, and asking for help was about as successful as trying to get a date with a supermodel (for me, at least).

My experiences with Provari, on the other hand, were... "different" (aka "phenomenal").

Prior to typing this post, I held my ProVari in one hand, and my Sigelei Zmax V3 in my other, and took vapes off each..

The ProVari is nice for the price..

The Sig is nice for the price.. and when it goes due to the internals, which has already started the process, I'll be more than happy to sell it to you or whoever else...

My first Sigelei V3 threads squeaked when it arrived last Apirl. I cleaned the machining residue from them and it didn't squeak again. My V3 purchased in November arrived with clean threads and moved smoothly and silently.

You must have a built-in scale in your hands. The Provari mini weighs 3.8 oz. and the standard is 4.2 oz. The Sigelei V3 does the job of both and more and weighs 3.7 oz. Incidentally, none of the Provaris have telescopic tubes or the kind of threading used on them.

Because I will eat anyone who tries to copy our device.

They look around to make sure the coast is clear. But they don't see me lurking in the high grass as the afternoon light fades. They think they can get away with making just one copycat.

I stalk closer.

They fumble for a battery tube machined in a US shop made by pure US Steel bar stock....they search for a circuit board made in the US....they know it's taking too long. But they think they are soooo close to building the clone....they just need a few minutes more.

I stalk closer.

They reach for the threading machine, knowing the need only to thread the tube's end cap....they are so close now they can taste it. Victory is within their grasp! They hear a rustle nearby....they look up, and then....they see me.

So funny how this is self-perpetuating. This'll go 'round and 'round. You won't understand until you have one. Haters gonna hate. Own one. Different tune.

EDIT: To anyone who thinks a Provari is a status symbol, after all the bills are said and done and paid, I live roughly off 150 dollars a week. But I work. And I get tax returns. I'm happily in a relationship, but I'm not married, so...

That's how I could afford my Provari. Now, my story is most likely different than yours, but a Provari isn't impossible to obtain. It's not that difficult at all. You might want to check the classifieds.

EDIT: You'll get decent performance from any other mod, but when, not if, but when it craps out on you -- and it will -- who will you turn to? Provape will fix your Provari and send it back to you, good as new. Of course, I've never had to do that, but knowing that option is there is worth the price alone.

I've got to love any company that can come up with the Bobo or the Legend. Maybe they sell like hotcakes is some markets. You can't blame Sigelei of being afraid to try something new, unlike Provari.

But sadly, I have to very careful with Bobo. If something happened to him there is no Sigelei Hospital. :(
