Dessert Flavors were critical in getting me away from smoking, so critical in fact I'm not sure I could have quit smoking using tobacco flavored ejuice.
Quitting for me was likely one of the most difficult things I've ever done in my life even with vaping, but the sweet flavors were like a treat, a reward for not smoking.
My first three bottles of ejuice were cinnamon roll, tiramisu, and cheesecake. The cinnamon roll came through in the vape so well, and I liked it so much it became my adv for years, and I still vape it more than any other flavor, although I'm branching out more now..
Without the flavors making vaping instead of smoking a reward for toughing out the withdrawals, and making the taste of cigarettes just seem gross, I find it doubtful I would have successfully switched to vaping.
As far as how important flavors are now? The flavor of tobacco makes me want to vomit. If tobacco was the only thing available I'd DIY (I already do mostly though) because I can't go back to the flavor of tobacco.
I was stressed out when I walked out of the ER last month and wanted nicotine really badly and I had stopped using nicotine a year and a half ago and took a drag off my husband's vape and the taste was sickening to me..
yeah.. not doing tobacco.. at all. Can't. I can't even figure out how I managed to smoke that crap for 32 years I hate the taste so much now.. lol.. and I'm certain flavors have everything to do with that change of heart..
