i vape 70/30 pg/vg 12 or 11mg

how is the nic mg quantified? is it 11mg per liter? per gram?

what's the average nic mg in a marlboro light?

im getting insanity dreams at night but never had that on cigs.. also had that on the medium nic patch back when i tried that even though i took it off at night

i guess i need some clarification on how the nic mg is a relevant calculation and in what way

thanks

Also had sleep disturbances and then lowered my evening vape to a lower nic/ mg level. Also added some menthol for that extra "oomph". I now sleep like a babe.

There is .7 mg in each marlboro light. It would seem from this that 1 ml of 11mg juice would equal 15.7 cigarettes, but this is not the case. From research it is accepted that about the highest rate we are absorbing nicotine is at about 30 % vs 100% for smoking. I seems to me, accepting that all the research is correct, that 1 mg of juice actually equals about 5.18 marlboro lights. If this is not the case, someone please correct me, so I can change my manner of conversion.

11mg juice is 11mg of nicotine per ml of juice. If you look at the specs, it's listed as 11mg/ml.

We only absorb about 10% to 30% of the nicotine in the vapor we inhale. With tobacco smoke, we absorb more because the nicotine coated microscopic ash particles stay in our lungs, enter the alveoli and the nic is absorbed. Our lungs don't absorb as much from vapor because some of it is deposited on the lining of the lung walls and the rest of the vapor is exhaled. Not that much enters into the alveoli.

Tests show that almost all of it stays in our body, but the majority is processed and eliminated without being absorbed, according to the test results we've seen so far. Most of the nicotine gets absorbed through the mucous membranes in our mouth, throat, and sinuses. Nicotine absorbs readily though the tissues of the skin.

Here's a thread that talks about absorption.

I was told once if you extract all the nicotine in just one cigarette that would be enough to kill you if you used it all at once. Not sure how much would be in one cigarette. I usually use 36mg per ml but am thinking of getting the 150mg and mixing it into the regular 36mg to make it stronger. Stopped vaping for awhile and went back to regular cigarettes and found I was smoking the equivelent of 4 packs a day. So my nicotine level might be higher than most peoples.
