How long did it take you to learn to build?

i watched a video of some guy from UK and was able to get a 1.2 ohm (32g coils wrapped around S shaped silica) coil built in 5 minutes in a kayfun. vaped that for about 30 minutes and then disassembled and watched another guy build a microcoil with cotton and got that down in another 5 minutes.

building stuff comes easy to me (various hobbies that require tinkering and computer science) and i already knew about ohms law/resistance. it helps that mechs and rebuildables are very simple electronics.

So, today is the next day after my build. I'm getting a really bad burnt taste from my kayfun. Is this bad wicking? All that has happened was I went to sleep. As soon as I woke up, I went to hit it and burnt taste immediatly. All day it has been burnt. Same hits aren't bad, but 80% of the time I can't taste anything but the burnt. Any ideas?

is your wick inside the juice channels? that can choke your coils off and make them flood or get really nasty burnt hits. I usually just push the wick to the side of the build deck away from the juice channels.

I just rewicked it and filled it up. It seems to be hitting better. The wick did appear to be sitting on top of the juice channel, so that's probably what it was. I will let you all know!

First couple tries were disastrous but it's getting easier w/ each passing build. Watching videos helped immensely.

That is probably todd's ecig reviews. I'm a fan too
