Funny how the newbies have it so easy now. You have a much better chance of making your first PV purchase, the right purchase from the gate. I spent & wasted so much money looking for the perfect vape. I can only wish I had the opportunity to buy something like the eVic or Vamo first time around. Oh and all these "working" tanks like the iClear or the Vape Only, (smh) I started with dripping & 2.0 Boges and that was it, no other choices & nothing was "easy" to fill 4 yrs ago. It was either a syringe (needle) or make a mess. Nothing was pour straight from the bottle, no bottom coils and VV or VW's were definitely not affordable. The best $60 would get me was an Indulgence, that didn't work as advertised back then. Technology is truly amazing, its never been a better time to start vaping..... Ain't vaping Grand ????

My wife and I started with the Fin starter kits and bought the pre-filled cartomizers for about 2 weeks. Upgraded to an eGo with a mega cartomizer, been about another 2 weeks on that. She's happy as a bug in a rug, I want a Provari and a Z-Atty-Pro.

Just got a provari with a zatty pro. It's pretty bad ....

Started vaping about 3 weeks ago. I bought a Fin cig-alike starter kit; it worked well enough, but then I turned on Youtube and discovered a new world of real vaping wonder. I heard about an "ego tank" and dived right in. Lots of reviews were coming out on the new Halo Triton Tank, and I picked that one as my first upgrade about a week into the Fins.

The Triton tanks have been working fine. Just made my first big orders with ejuice vendors other than HALO, trying to find some real tobacco flavors (not lab based ones), and decided to grab a VV mod. Yesterday I ordered the Innokin Itazte MVP from ivape plus 2 Kanger Pro Tanks.

Lots of stuff to taste and test :)

And it hasn't even been a month.

See what I mean, he did it in 3 devices. I forgot t mention that the Volcano Ego kit was my 3rd kit , let me think. Blu, Joye 510, Volcano Ego & a small 3.7 volt 510 box, Indulgence traded that for a Silver Bullet, Omega, Apollo Ecig Lambo (broke in 30days) Provari last bday, HDV blk chrome Vamo this bday and these wonderful iClear 30's & a Mega Vape Only BCC tank. Both hit like freight trains and the absolute best vapes I've ever gotten in 4 years ! No dry hits, the flavor is lasting a lot longer. Usually, it gets muted after the first tank. Now I'm getting a sort of refreshed flavor every time I fill. Like I said, "Ain't Technology Grand" I was thinking about the Kanger ProTank . I would expect at 20 bucks, its bit better than the iClear 30 or Vape Only ? Anybody have both ? I can't imagine it getting any better than this...

I upgraded the first week.

I had bought a greensmartliving e-cig from one of the local smoke shops, and I was doing a web search for carto refilling, to make the cartridges last a little longer. As luck would have it, I found this place, and after a few days browsing, ordered my eVic and Protanks.

Since my degree is in economics, I figured why spend extra money on a slight upgrade, when I could just start out with what would last a good long while.

Though I have already ordered some more stuff, lol.
I got the chrome tubeset for my eVic, and an Igo-L rebuildable dripper.
I think this should last me for a while.

started with a joytech 501 kit. last about a month. then an 18650 ego t mod , which would last me about 2 days on a single charge.. still used the cartos with that until i got and igo-l and started drippinng.... then found cotton balls as wicks as the best taste and easy and kanthal a1 ribbon wire for that. my ego-t one time would not shut off and the coil stayed on! went back to my 501's until my vamo from vapor break arrived and now it's a perfect vape everytime ...1.3 ohms at 3 volts... unless i accidentally press the button and vape at 6 volts and it burns everything up! haha

I started with V2, that lasted about a week until I decided there had to be something better. Then I went to Ego battery with Kanger MT3 clearomizer. That was better but not perfect. Then I got a K100 and an Igo-L, learned how to build wicks and coils and that was perfect for me. Now I have quite a few mechs, rebuildable drippers and genesis atomizers. For me the DIY approach has been the best, but I think you have to be a bit OCD, or at the very least a perfectionist.
