Placed my first order last weekend for a 30ml bottle at Heathers Heavenly Vapes after reading glowing reviews .... But still in the processing stage. How long does it normally take to mix up a bottle and ship it out?

Don't mean to appear impatient, but yea, I am  If it's as good as I keep hearing, guess I'll need to order in quantity for a 2+ week turnaround!

HHV,AIV,Plume, Amazing, I just can't justify waiting that long for juices, with so many suppliers out there that can keep up with the customer base and get them out in the mail to me in a day or 2. I'm just not that into the waiting I am hearing about. (my 2c:)

Tend to agree. A week processing, another 4 days in transit, then a few week steeping time .... I'm shopping for DIY supplies and flavors today!

Yes , the best answer is in fact DIY, but if you don't want the bother ,there are plenty of juice makers out there that make damned good quality juices that send them right out made fresh!

Guess that's what I find so strange about this cottage industry. I'm self employed, if I don't get things out ASAP for customers, they don't come back, theres competitors. But in this vapor cottage industry, customers have no problem waiting for weeks for a simple bottle of juice from certain vendors or putting their names on lists for months hoping to get the latest mods.

It's like theres no competition, very llittle customer service - half the vendors don't even have a phone number or address on their website. I think I'm in the wrong business, need to start a vape shop!

Took almost exactly a week for mines to ship. Ordered on a Monday & got shipping confirmation the next Monday.

Hiya from yville. Please give HHV the benefit of a doubt about the short bottle(s) and long processing time. Contact Adam, I'm sure he'll fix u up.
The processing time...they are slammed...the joos is that good. They r doing everything they can, training help, etc.

I've got 90mls coming...prolly 60ml steeped for weeks. And I make a lot of juice. Just haven't got anything close to their tobacco extractions..yet.

I don't understand why people always jump to the wrong conclusion regarding some posts. I did not say I was unhappy just simply that it took a week to process my order. It did. Im very patient & was just giving my experience. The poster right before me said 5-6 days which is very consistent with what i said. I did not say that I was missing juice just that the bottles were similarly filled. Unfortunately people jump to conclusions about what they think people mean. Im not someone who thinks people are out to cheat them so in my 'glass half full' personality I saw it to mean that most likely myself & the previous poster got what we ordered. I am very pleased with my order. I did not expound on the subject because I was just responding the the post by simply answering the question. It says clearly that they are about to move & processing could take up to 7 days. I am in no way form or fashion upset or disappointed with my experience. I will be ordering from them again.

Sorry if I vented a lil I just hate that people can't sometimes see that you are simply answering a question. Nothing more nothing less. Wootze please know that my response was not aimed at you. I appreciate your concern

It's really not an annoyance at all for me to wait on juices I like. I have a cabinet full of juices I like, and could literally go months...years if I include my DIY supply, and still have juice I want to vape.

What I will not do is stalk a vendor to buy a juice that is only for sale for minutes or hours on someday. Took me forever to try Bounty Hunter for that very reason.

Then you're shopping from the wrong suppliers. I've been vaping for over 3 years and have consistently found the customer service from the vendors I use to be excellent. If there's a delay, they inform me. If I have a question, they reply promptly. Other than my CHUCKS (custom built mods), hardware was in the mail in 24-48 hours for every order I can remember.

Custom e-liquid, of course, takes a little longer but I've never waited a whole week for something to ship. My favorite juice supplier (Deejstuff) usually ships in a day or two but he just got out of the hospital. As he is the only mixologist, there are delays so he's giving anyone who has to wait longer than 4 days for their items to ship 15% coupons. KickBassVapors posts their current turn-around on their front page so you know when you order what the wait will be.

Custom e-liquid? Oh please. My pizza, whopper, and breakfast order are more custom than mixing up the 4-7 liquids in different ratios for a bottle of juice. And how long does that take, maybe 5 minutes max in a shop to measure, slap a label and put it into an envelope? But here I'm waiting for 7 days now, no emails, no notices when I ordered, & I seriously doubt and would be highly surprised if I got any type of discount or coupon. And even HHW's web policy, 3-5 days, has not only gone over, but amazingly slow to begin with .... This should be shipped the same day or next.

And it's not just HHV either, there's other very popular suppliers, i wont name names here, that take their sweet ... time filling orders that should be almost immediately shipped. Thankfully this isn't all, I purchase from many that do fill orders the same day. Yet the usual response, as this thread shows in many posts, is basically 'have patience, it's worth it'. I'm sorry, but that's nothing more than a conditioned response & reflex to poor customer service. It shows the vendor is an unorganized and unprepared mom & pop shop that has poor processes, not enough trained employees, and little regard for customers while they instantly take your credit card online for an 80% gross profit margin product.

HHV is not alone, many in this boutique business do the same. Try getting a 'luxury' mechanical mod, you'll wait months and pay over 200 for a polished pipe with a switch and endcaps on it.... This is ridiculous. Forcing us consumers to buy usually inferior junk from China, again, at outrageous profit margins for the vendor. There's more & more people everyday turning to vaping, and this small multilayered mom & pop shop mentality and acceptance by customers truly hurts everyone... And because of it there's absolutely no defense or voice for legislative taxing or prohibitions in the very near future.
