How long for HHV 'processing' ?

yeah when i order from the boutique juice makers it is definitely an order and forget as i have nicely stocked up on their juices ... of course i started ordering from them before they became popular so i had a head start lol ... do not even know the wait times

I made an order about 2-3 weeks ago, and it didn't ship until a week after I ordered.

Just to flame the flames, consider the following analogy:

You're going out to eat, and the restaurant friends you know have raved about is slammed with customers. People are lined up outside just to get in. Just down the street, there is another eatery with plenty of parking and no wait time. If one's starving and rushed, perhaps one chooses the later. On the other hand, are the people lined up at the former stupid? Or perhaps they know something you don't.

And then you get your food and it taste like crap and they tell you taste is subjective so just live with it? And no I am not commenting on any juice just fanning the flames.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but they're just finishing up their move this weekend. Bigger space, more mixers, processing time should drop significantly very quickly.

When I first got into DIY, I said .. no wonder these Mom and Pop shops are springing up like weeds .. make 30ml for well under a buck and sell it for a huge markup .. it's the American way ..

Maybe a long ship wait helps with the boutique cashe .. ??

Exactly. that's probably what galls me the most, these aren't normal businesses making a 20% gpm or less, they're raking it in for the cost of supplies, personel, and time. And I've been involved in many moves involving 1000s of employees and equipment, it's done after hours and weekends by pro movers with barely a hiccup in serving their customer and sustaining biz.

LOL, one juicer(Won't name them) was claiming this moving thing and I watched one of the owners spend all day on line in a forum chatting it up for 2 days in a row. Go figure.

Perhaps juice is nonessential to u, it is not to me.
I also don't think anyone is saying HHV is lying. But their method of not taking care of customers during this move is asinine.

Bought a spool of kamthal from an unknown (to me) ebayer yesterday, within 10 minutes received a thank you email informing me it would be shipped Monday. Taking care of business.
Ordered 30ml of juice 8 days ago from an unknown vendor (to me), no website warnings they're moving, no follow up emails it may be delayed, exceeds their own processing estimates of 3-5 days, and I find I'm not alone. That's not taken care of business.

I should've said a 'particular e-liquid'. If someone doesn't like the wait then don't place an order. Simple. HHV is up front about it so it's the prospective customers choice. And if you don't plan to order then how is a wait time even worth your consideration?

While the assumptions are being thrown about, allow me to chime in...

I know Heather and Adam personally, I live 4 miles from them. I've only been vaping for a month now, so pretty much the only liquids I have used were theirs, especially since they were kind enough to let me come do a taste test to decide what I liked before I purchased. They ARE moving in the evenings and mixing liquids during the day. They HAVE hired another mixer to deal with the volume. They ARE moving to a larger place in Newnan. They have been SLAMMED with orders, and with good reason. Those 1st place awards they won and The HHV Army should attest to that. They get stuff out as fast as they can, and when they move they will be able to do it faster. Just the other day [Friday] I called to make a slight change to my order and I was 100 orders away from being processed, and had placed it Monday. No big deal, I have enough on hand to last that long. I can think of other vendors -ahem- that take much longer than HHV and are only open 1 day a week, not even a full 24 hours to place orders.

Yes. As I said before, I find 3-5 days amazing, most vendors ship bottles same or next day. I assumed it was a cya for weekends, holidays, or whatnot, I was wrong. Then most here with recent orders say its lately been very slow, averaging a week. Don't misunderstand, I'm not raging or anything like that, I have a stash of other juice luckily, I just find the business practice they & a few others use as rather slipshod and customer un-friendly in this day when next day shipping has become the standard & norm. If it wasn't for their high taste ratings by others, I would have canceled my order days ago, probably not even bothered when I saw the 3-5 day processing time. If anything, this thread can be a warning, as others have correctly stated, HHV is an order and forget about it type of operation.

That's also why I will from now on, curb my listening to Fanboy hype about anything vape related in the future. Its done to gain customer base and besides being VERY annoying, distracts from the true product reviews of customer service and reliablitiy.

Excluding emergencies of course, exceeding an estimated wait time without any prior notice is poor biz IMO. I can understand your frustration. It sounds like my order will be delayed too...HEEEEYY WAITTAMINIT!! LOLOLOL

Interesting. I see HHV recently changed their 3-5 days processing time (which it was when I ordered), to 3-7 days. LOL
