And this is why I will never go "boutique" for juices. Wait times are insane. But, apparently, the juice is worth it. My MBV juice is worth it too. And they ship the same day I order, after custom mixing it. Boutique is another word for overpriced in my opinion. I placed an order at MBV last night, after their business hours and it has already shipped.

If you can tolerate waiting a week or more for your order to be shipped and you enjoy it then more power to you. I prefer to order from vendors who don't create hype by limiting supply.

Custom e-liquid? Oh please. My pizza, whopper, and breakfast order are more custom than mixing up the 4-7 liquids in different ratios for a bottle of juice. And how long does that take, maybe 5 minutes max in a shop to measure, slap a label and put it into an envelope? But here I'm waiting for 7 days now, no emails, no notices when I ordered, & I seriously doubt and would be highly surprised if I got any type of discount or coupon. And even HHW's web policy, 3-5 days, has not only gone over, but amazingly slow to begin with .... This should be shipped the same day or next.

And it's not just HHV either, there's other very popular suppliers, i wont name names here, that take their sweet ... time filling orders that should be almost immediately shipped. Thankfully this isn't all, I purchase from many that do fill orders the same day. Yet the usual response, as this thread shows in many posts, is basically 'have patience, it's worth it'. I'm sorry, but that's nothing more than a conditioned response & reflex to poor customer service. It shows the vendor is an unorganized and unprepared mom & pop shop that has poor processes, not enough trained employees, and little regard for customers while they instantly take your credit card online for an 80% gross profit margin product.

HHV is not alone, many in this boutique business do the same. Try getting a 'luxury' mechanical mod, you'll wait months and pay over 200 for a polished pipe with a switch and endcaps on it.... This is ridiculous. Forcing us consumers to buy usually inferior junk from China, again, at outrageous profit margins for the vendor. There's more & more people everyday turning to vaping, and this small multilayered mom & pop shop mentality and acceptance by customers truly hurts everyone... And because of it there's absolutely no defense or voice for legislative taxing or prohibitions in the very near future.

well to start with ... noone is forcing you to buy from these boutique vendors or custom mod makers ... and as far as i know there is not much of a wait time for a provari or ea mod(mechanical) ... both quality products ... :2cool:

i am currently vaping on a vamo with a bcc mega and very happy with my chinese junk and vaping dark horse from hhv ... and waiting for me is my ea mod with an ibtank and lychee boba tea from ahlusion ... :vapor:

as far as those who wish to tax and regulate they do so with ignorance and greed not due to wait times they could care less about

and remember the one rule of capitolism -- things are priced at what the market will bear

Increased demand requires more ability to process orders. HHV has had to expand and that has required them to have a larger facility and additional personel. If you have seen their original location, then you would understand their situation. Being a local I have visited their lab and fully understand their predicament.
TGCR, yes everything u say is true. And I enjoy my Chinese junk too. Just venting :)

Thanks 73. But why anyone would even think about moving after an award and probably the most orders ever coming in is beyond my comprehension.

I always rolled my eyes whenever I heard this and have never uttered the words myself, but here goes....
HHV is worth the wait.
I have a vendor who fills and ships my order the same day, and I order regularly enough to keep my supply up, so my HHV orders have become my "buy and forget" orders. When they show up, they show up. I suppose it's just a matter of keeping extra stock just in case.
OP, I'm sure the good folks at HHV will take care of you soon- and I hope you enjoy!

I've been pretty disappointed with their processing times lately. I've ordered from them a few times now, and each time it takes longer to process my order. I understand their getting more popular and busier... maybe it's time to hire some new folks? A week to mix some juices is absurd to me. MBV may not be as busy, but I get my juices mixed and delivered next day. Granted I'm in the same town, but they mix and ship their juices the DAY or day AFTER you order.

HHV, catch up!

Looks like you might be doing the 'flaming' here. It almost seems like you were looking forward to it. I wonder why? BTW the correct grammar is "Don't forget you're going to get...." because it is the contraction for 'you are', not the possessive 'your'.

These vendors do not make a secret of the wait times. If they went over the posted time for the order to ship, contact them and address it. I have called and talked to Adam (he and his wife are the owners) at HHV with questions, and found his customer service to be first rate. They require time to custom mix the juice. Once you get HHV, you still need to wait for steeping, too, so it is a bad choice for on demand juice purchases. They have a good product for me, I just order my juice 45 days before I need it. It really is that simple in my mind.

If you are impatient, unwilling to wait, or insulted by ship times of about a week, simply use another vendor. That is the beauty of a free market. Happy vaping!

And I have seen you all over the forum correcting everyone's grammar and crouching around in wait to pounce on whatever you seem fit to. So what makes you any different than who you are posting to here??

Its none of you concern what I posted in answer to the OP, Mind your own business.

Then you're shopping from the wrong suppliers. I've been vaping for over 3 years and have consistently found the customer service from the vendors I use to be excellent. If there's a delay, they inform me. If I have a question, they reply promptly. Other than my CHUCKS (custom built mods), hardware was in the mail in 24-48 hours for every order I can remember.

Custom e-liquid, of course, takes a little longer but I've never waited a whole week for something to ship. My favorite juice supplier (Deejstuff) usually ships in a day or two but he just got out of the hospital. As he is the only mixologist, there are delays so he's giving anyone who has to wait longer than 4 days for their items to ship 15% coupons. KickBassVapors posts their current turn-around on their front page so you know when you order what the wait will be.

Who are you ordering from!?!?! I've had three vendors now with 2 weeks wait :(
So tired of it, 10-15 days wait just for the order to be made not including shipping time!
And been emailing ALL week trying to get either my juice or a refund for an order I placed feb 24, still no luck

I do love, "Its none of you concern what I posted in answer to the OP, Mind your own business". Uh, it is a public forum dude. That is what we do here. What was so offensive about my post? Sure I needled you for your grammar, but you called people flaming fan boys. Of course I am "crouching around in wait to pounce", I am a lion and that is my nature.

While we are at it, you should have said "It's none of your concern what I posted in answer to the OP, mind your own business." Of course, you have me ignored, so you will not see this. It was more for my own amusement anyway.

Happy vaping, 2nd chance. I really mean that. I was just having a little fun, sorry I offended you.

Just to flame the flames, consider the following analogy:

You're going out to eat, and the restaurant friends you know have raved about is slammed with customers. People are lined up outside just to get in. Just down the street, there is another eatery with plenty of parking and no wait time. If one's starving and rushed, perhaps one chooses the later. On the other hand, are the people lined up at the former stupid? Or perhaps they know something you don't.
