Hello all, Had the protank 2 for awhile and been vaping on it for a good 3-4 weeks. I started to get a burn taste from the atty and assumed it was time to put in a new one. When I put a new atty into my tank I noticed I started to get a bad rubber taste. I always set the voltage as low as possible, which is 3.3, before I turn it up. How long should it take for the atty to juice up before I start vaping again? Didn't have this problem with the first atty I used.

I just put a new coil in mine and noticed the same thing. It did however go away after a few minutes. I wonder if sometimes they pick up some "garbage" along the way in the manufacturing process. I think I'll take the rest of the new ones, soak in some hot water and let them air dry to hopefully eliminate this in the future.
