Yes, I had to laugh at this one too! Since I started, it has been more or less the same thing. When and where it is allowed, I'm vaping...

As I mentioned in my first ever post (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/532128-hello-nc.html), I've not been able to smoke a full cigarette, and since I've found some better (for me) tasting liquids, I haven't really had the desire to smoke.

I'm currently at 18 but my next bottle will be 24. I only smoked a pack a day so I figured 18 was appropriate but I never really feel a good "fix" from vaping. I could be vaping for a good while, stop for a smoke, then vape again. At first I thought I might have ordered a 0 nic my accident but I have a 4 bottle collection now and they all have the same effect.

That's interesting...I smoked 1.8 packs a day and found 24 to be too strong. I vape 18 and also 12. If I chain vape, sometimes the 18 can over nic me. I'm about 5'10 195lbs.

Just goes to show you how nicotine can affect people differently.

Actually, I just realized it could be that your setup isn't very effective at delivering your nicotine. Currently I'm using kayfun style tanks, but also experienced this using pro tanks.

I work from home so I get to vape at my desk... during the day I lower the nic and vape all I want.

If I'm physically busy with things or I'm out and about, I bump up the nic strength and use it less frequently. Now that I've been vaping for several weeks, I seem to just find my equilibrium of nicotine and stop when I had enough.

I wonder how difficult it would be to make motorcycle mod so I could vape on the road. I have plenty of airflow to keep the clouds away from my eyes. hmmm...

Im about a month into vaping and if i had to guess id say i vape about 2ml a day. But days where i work a 12 hour shift it could only be like .5-1 ml.

Im just vaping stock clearomizers at average volts/watts which is another reason why its still low. When i start rebuilding and getting into the higher volts, then ill probably start hitting the 5ml a day mark.

I puff on my t2 off and on all day with long 20 plus minute sessions every couple of hours. So far it looks like I might go through 2 plus ml a day. I would have been chain smoking cloves if I could afford it, and I pretty much chain vape.

Get an auto switch like on the Diablo epipes. No button just draw on it. Bet you good put it in your helmet.

I was a 2 pack a day guy just over a month ago.

I'll repeat the best advice I ever heard.

"don't try to quit smoking, just add vaping"

I did 24mg nic for the first month, just went to 18 in the last week.
I quit smoking when I forgot to reach for them.

It really is good advise. If I continue to think about it I'll never get to the point where I put them down. Just need to balance my nic and the frequency I vape. I hope to put them down sooner than later. I have two amazing kids that love to cuddle on the couch and I don't want to avoid those cuddles because I stink like an ashtray.
