How long should a 510 battery last?

It seems that my 510 battery's life is getting shorter by the day! I have an older model, I guess, of manual battery. It came as part of a kit, a black portable charger with an Innovapor.com sticker on the front of it. Like the silver ones on your site, just... black :) The battery itself is manual and has an inscription of "MP" on it in white lettering.

If I leave it in the PC until the light goes off, it'll last probably 10-20 puffs before the light gets dim and vapor production cuts quite low. I've had it probably 9-10 months and it's my only battery, so perhaps it's just "that time"!

I just ordered an M4 from you guys so hopefully that'll get here before the weekend!

Thanks for any info you have!

I have to say for a single battery to run for about 10 months is pretty good. The batteries are similar to those in cell phones, where after charging for so long they tend to give out in the amount of charge that they can hold.

I think you were wise to order a new unit, let us know what you think when you get it!!

Thank you!!

The difference is really up to how you like to use it.

If you like to have more control over the device then the manual is better, the manual gives you the option with the button to control more of the nicotine that you are receiving.

The automatic is good just to use it without having to remember the button. If you are sitting a lot, typing or driving the automatic would probably be best so that you don't have to use your other hand.

I hope that this helps,

I personally like both, I use a manual M4 the most.

If anyone else out there has tried both, can you give some opinions here on what you think?

THank you again

I got a 510 with 1 auto and one manual in my starter kit....I prefered the auto until it started turning off mid drag making me pull harder to activate....my manual works perfect everytime i hit the button.

P.S. I very well could have dropped or somehow messed up the auto and thats not normal for a batt to happen. I got used to the manual and see no need to get another auto(yet I still prefer it during fishing or typing where it can just hang in my mouth)

IMHO, ALWAYS go with the manual. Ten times easier all around. Sounds like your batteries are about to go to the big place in the sky. (Please insert Taps music here)

If you're tired of messing around with batteries, why not just order an Ego? All your 510 parts fit and you get over 8 hours from them!

Good luck!
