How long until an order ships?

I like everyone else am awaiting the notification that my package has shipped. Of course I only ordered Monday and I do understand the strain LF must be under right now. After all they do have the best deal that I know of out there right now.

I just have to say that e-cig users are some of the most patient and impatient people out there. Patient because we have to be. Impatient because we can hardly stand waiting for these cool toys we receive in the mail. But when we finally get them it is like our own little Christmas

Hmm, I wouldn't be too crazy concerned. I would take Ty up on his offer and call or email him to find out the status of your order. Maybe it's been shipped and for some reason didn't update? Definitely follow up with them, they've made themselves available

Yeah its totally like my own little Christmas that's the perfect way to explain it, I haven't been this excited about a gift since I last ordered a pack of Pink Devils Rose Flavored Cigs from Europe, and even then I wasn't this excited.

I've used a crappy e-cig at the mall and it while it wasn't crazy bad from what I've read here and elsewhere, they pale in comparison to e-cigs like the 510 and eGo. So I've got alot of hope invested in this baby already haha

So at this rate should I expect Saturday orders to ship Wednesday or Thursday? I am happy to see your business is doing well but it would have been nice to have a banner or something on your site that stated "Due to high volume order processing times are now 3-5 days". I was also another one who got stuck in parade traffic. I only ordered flavorings and I placed the orderd based on others good reviews and acknowledgement of quick shipping. Sort of poor luck for me who is a first time buyer with you. I have been checking the site and it looks like my order is in packed date limbo. Best of luck and I will change my expected arrival date to next week.

Maybe it would help to put a message on the front page of your site that states something like, "Most orders ship in 1 - 3 business days". Either that, or you can add that to the FAQ section of the site. This way people would rest a little easier when they don't ship right away.

Please understand that with any other shop, the expectation is already there. With Liberty Flights, these forums are filled with, "Shipped right away!" and "Wow, that was fast!" posts. It gives a different expectation. So, when you guys get backlogged, people get concerned.

Anyway, it is just a suggestion.

Also, I keep asking this and it is getting skipped over. How likely is it that an order that shipped out today to Florida will arrive by Friday? I have a partner I need to demo with and I can't demo with a Blu kit. As well, I am demoing Liberty Flights items. If it isn't likely, I really need to try and reschedule things as soon as possible.

Shipped USPS on Friday and delivered on Monday - assuming USPS doesn't "go postal" on your item - you really should have your package in time ... I'd bet on Thursday

Exactly. I'm so glad I ordered from them My package says its in transit to its destination and it was shipped on Monday so hopefully that means today! So the timeline for anyone shipped on Monday should prolly see theirs today or tomorrow.

I'm just being impatient because I just got my 510 kit last Wednesday, my husband started swiping my only extra 510 batt. This deal came along and I convinced him he needed his own. (READ: Stay off mine!). So I'm having to constantly charge my 510 so that it doesn't die since I don't have the other to swap with lol
