Hi Bert, sorry about that but it's hardly THAT slow. It wasn't by design that we would have so many orders, it looks like the Riva stock I ordered will run out in under 10 days so that is pretty quick. I am not so sure there are that many places doing that similar deals, I would have probably gone with those to be honest given how crazy it was going to get.
That is bad luck. I feel for those of you that weren't in on the Riva frenzi. It's kinda like getting stuck out in traffic where the roads are closed for a parade. Hopefully your atties will be out of the queue and into the postal system (out of the frying pan, into the fire) and quickly find their way to your mailbox.

The proof of good customer service takes place when all goes well with an order. The proof of GREAT customer service takes place when something goes wrong with an order. Due to NO fault of Libery Flights I did have something go wrong with my shipping. Ironically LF changed to primarily using USPS abt two days AFTER my order shipped via that nasty Fedex ground. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about how Liberty Flights has handled my problem. I've PM'ed with Abe and spoke to Ty (not sure how he spells his name so sorry if I have it wrong) in CA three times and I am extremely pleased with their GREAT customer service. This coming from someone that spent many years as a customer service manager and knows how hard that job can be sometimes.
Please trust me when I say they have been swamped these past few days and are working VERY hard to get everyone's orders out ASAP. I know its hard to wait when we have a new toy coming to us at such a great price but part of the fun is theanticipation and just think how much fun it will be when your new toy does arrive at your destination !![]()

Yeah I guess unfortunate time to try out a vendor.
We'll see how this goes. Thankfully I was not in desperate need for what I had ordered.
A good portion of the orders will go today, I am hoping they can get up to the end of Sunday done. I don't like orders sitting around, it's not a good way to run a business but even I see this as a blip that would be very hard to manage. I will be looking for an extra member of staff or two as high volume is probably where we are going if I get any say about it. I have been telling everyone that emailed and several times in threads that there is a large amount of orders, I haven't hidden the fact, I am getting people who ordered last thing on Monday asking why their order isn't shipped on Tuesday, this is even before the staff have come in to work on Tuesday, heh.
Abe speaks truth and am pleasantly surprised to see him posting here on ECF! I am one of the I'm sure many who emailed him on Monday about the order and shipping times and he was awesome! He told me exactly what he's telling people here in this post; that they got slammed with orders and he will do everything he can to get them shipped ASAP. A testament to this fact is that mine was packed and shipped late yesterday and I only checked out around 2:30am Sunday morning EST (around 11:30PM Saturday night PST) so they must have caught up! I'm extremely satisfied with my dealings with them so far!
I ordered 7 fluids and an eGo kit. I hope to see them soon, I don't expect tomorrow but if it does show up that quickly you'll have my undying support as a customer! Thanks Abe!
