I primarily use the smok Infinix.
This question can be based on the smok Infinix or any similar type of pod system.

Can anyone tell me how long a pod/coil will last before I have to replace it?
Is it based on the amount of time you have juice in the pod or based on how many refills?

For example, on average, will a pod last 2 weeks or 10 refills?

I don't use pods generally, and I imagine there may be some across pod generality but everyone vapes differently (in frequency, in terms of length of draw, chain vaping and etc. Also different juices will probably extend or shorten pod/coil longevity as darker, sweeter, gunkier juices tend to be harder on coils than something clear, not heavily sweetened, overflavored and etc.

Someone with that pod may be able to give you a sort of "timeframe" but it also depends on so many other factors and etc.

Best of luck,

Anna

Are you saying 10-15 refills is normal?

Besides a burnt taste, will the wick show a darker/burnt color? Is it the coil that burns out or the coil & wick?
Just wondering if the wick is a good indicator of the pod needing to be replaced.

Want to make sure I getting the most out of my pods. There have been instances of an occasional burnt taste on the first fill of a pod.

Can't comment on the Infinix directly, but I can run about 25-30ml of juice (so about 15-20 refills, depending on how empty I let the pod get) through my Suorin Drops/Air before the pod starts to fire weak or get a burned taste. I haven't noticed much difference from one flavor to another (usually I have a pod reserved for each of my favorite flavors), but I'm also not a fan of overly sweet juices in general, so that could be a factor.

I think I'm on my 7th refill on my 1st Smok Infinix pod and there's no noticeable drop in flavor. The cotton and coil look as good as new also. You can see the coil directly through the air hole or through the chimney on the other side. I haven't been using it exclusively but I'd bet this pod would last 2 weeks of continuous use. Very impressive compared to others that I've tried.
