How long will my juice last?

I am new to E-cigs. I quit smoking in January for 2 weeks. But for that 2 weeks I was using a Volt E-cig and the extra liquid to go with it. I still have that liquid I bought. I thought I wasn't getting enough nicotine or something, so I went back to cigarettes. I decided to give E-cigs a try again so I just bought a Evod. I received it today and I ordered the 18mg of nicotine liquid to go with it. Can I still use the liquid I bought 9 months ago?

Sure, why not. I picked up a 30 ml of Cam-blend returned to the local vape shop. The shop was selling it at a discount just to get it out of the shop and recover a portion of their cost. It was made a year ago. I wasn't sure if it was still good or not, so I took a chance and paid the discount price. Boy, howdy!!! Was it soooo good. It had steeped for a year and it tasted better than freshly made. So go for it and try it. If it's bad, just toss it.

If it has been in a dark place, and fairly cool, there will be no problem with it.
Light, over time will destroy the nicotine, but the PG and VG last for years.
It just depends on the way you had it stored.
If your worried about how you stored it, put a drop on the back of your hand, rub it around, and taste it.
If for some reason it's gone bad, you'll know.
The nicotine is another story, but you can buy a nicotine test kit.
Wizard Labs carries one.
It would be a good idea to just buy some more if it stresses you out, otherwise you won't enjoy it

If your juice is stored in a cool, dark place where there's little light and the temperature isn't constantly fluctuating, it should be good for a year or two. The only exception would be juices that are using 100% natural or organic juices.

N&O tend to go bad quite a bit faster than synthetic as N&O is like bread without preservatives. While PG/VG will offset some of that time, it won't keep it as long.

Thanks so much for the replys!! I am smoking Doral light 100's....30 cigs a day. I just bought and got in the mail today an

You're fine, really.

Juices don't go bad--they may start tasting a bit different after a while and the nicotine potency may deteriorate a bit, but they are safe to vape even after two years.

Good luck and happy vaping!

Most vendors will tell you that juice "expires" after a year or two, but that is only to cover themselves should the juice not taste right after that time. Expiration dates on juice are largely unsubstantiated, as are the "use by" dates on food and medicine. My eggs are still good up to a month after their "expiration" date, and soldiers in Vietnam were being given aspirin that dated back to the Korean war, and it was just as effective. If your juice was properly stored, i.e. cool temp, low light, and tightly capped, then being 9 months old should have no effect on its taste or nicotine potency.

I bought some 36mg holy smokes marlboro back in 2009 or 10.. Yeah, I know you're all thinking it had to be bad right? I would have to say not really. It lost a bit of it's bite so I'm assuming maybe the nic content was a little less then it started out but for the most part it was good.

A friend of mine still vapes the original Janty/Joye RY4 from 2009... Janty doesn't make it anymore--and can't reproduce the original recipe. The Chinese chemist who invented RY4 disappeared mysteriously--and took the recipe with him.

True story. He offered to send me a sample (my friend, not the chemist ;))--but I declined. Four years is where I draw the line, even when it comes to the original, unattainable, irreproducible, long-lost, legendary Janty Ry4. :D
