I only had 1, an ego vv 1300 mAh mainly because that was all I could afford and hadn't thought about a backup incase of the pv having issues cuz I'm fairly careful with it....well a few weeks ago mine "busted" and that was a very hard few weeks of using cig-a-likes....
I now have 2 thanks to altsmoke they replaced my ego even though I'd had it for 3 months :) (awesome) and a friend here in ecf piffed me a something lol not sure exactly what it is (Telescoping sigelei?). And I've finally scrounged up enough money to get my TECS I've been drooling over for months :D it's shipped, now just playing the fasttech waiting game lol.

So yes it is always a good idea to have 2 pvs just in case....if you can afford more, hey all for ya.....and of course a few cig-a-likes for the ultimate oh crap moments ;) there are plenty of free trials out there to get ahold of for those times like I just went through.....it was difficult but better than going back to smoking!

[edit]I'd say of course 1 being your first pv and back up if you don't have one try an upgrade from your current pv (at least that's my train of thought...why pay to get the same thing might as well upgrade on your 2nd pv)

Still green in the vaping world and I currently have 3 different Ego setups. My twist currently with a vivi tank, and my smaller more stealth plain egos have T3 clearos on them at the moment. Soon the iTaste VV 3 will be added to the batch, don't judge my wallet screams at me enough... I believe I'm more of a "juice junkie" though. :vapor:

I am about to hit the 3 month mark:
30 eGo stick (vv & minis included) daily
MVP v1 daily
Vamo v3 daily
18650 mod daily
SVD I don't use
Smok Telescope I don't use

On order thanks to co-ops:
VTR
Vamo v5

As far as the toppers, well that goes on and on. I have just over 100 evods, ProTanks, vivi novas, iClears, tanks, etc.

I'm a tad OCD. Last night I was watching TV and noticed I had 9 different devices with 9 different juices that I was vaping. Well, I don't get bored!

Sorry if I mess up the terminology, but I've been wondering if most people have a single ecig/mod they stick with or multiples. I ask because I've come to the realization that I need to have at least two...one for home and in the car and the other strictly for at work. It's too much of a hassle to go back and forth with one ecig. I'm looking at and considering probably around 4 that I "need". Now, I know me and a couple others on the board do, too, and I'm sure within 6 months I'll have 6 or more plus all the accessories. I looked at smoking like a way of life and am smoke free since Sunday night (yay me!!). I look at vaping as a hobby and for me, hobbies are expensive and fun .

Congrats on analog free! It's been since July 29 for me, and a 30 year awful habit gone! It's a great thing to quit!

I personally have like 11 ego batteries, 20 some odd tanks, 1 Innokin SVD (1 SVD on the way with lots of plastic tanks) wants are itaste VV's and lots of glass tanks instead of plastic ones...

Hobbies are expensive, but not as expensive as analogs! Have fun!
