what was your previous nic level before attempting 0?Before long I found myself needing to vape some with nic. Less than an hour in fact.
Looks like going to 0 may not be happening. Oh well!
Says all of the people who THINK that nicotine was the reason they smoked.Vaping 0 mg e-liquid is like drinking decaf.
If any truth at all to that statement you got it backwards..most all folks I know including myself smoked for the nicotine fix..like me driving a 18 wheeler in heavy traffic..or just wanting to relax..Says all of the people who THINK that nicotine was the reason they smoked.
Some of them may be right, but most probably are not.

Seems everyone is different, I started vaping with 24mg which seemed to have matched my cig cravings and never had withdrawals or headaches, so imo it seems like the nic was all I was addicted to.When I was smoking I always thought it was the nicotine but after quitting I had cold hard proof that it was more than the nicotine I was addicted to since I was getting much more nicotine then when I smoked but had the worst withdrawals you could imagine. Now I can go with nic or no but enjoy my nicotine!

I think sometimes I may overestimate the number of people who THINK they were addicted to nicotine but were actually more addicted to a whole bunch of other factors related to smoking, or that surround the smoking ritual. If any truth at all to that statement you got it backwards..most all folks I know including myself smoked for the nicotine fix..like me driving a 18 wheeler in heavy traffic..or just wanting to relax..
don't know anybody in 40 yrs of smoking who smoked just to smoke....all smoked for the nic fix, lol
I really really wish that members who state their nic level, would also let us know how many ml's a day they vape. It adds a whole lot of context.
If you vape 20 ml's of 3mg, you are getting way more nic than someone who vapes 3 ml's of 12 mg. Just saying.
