4 travel mods (1 waterproof, 1 tiny, 2 wismec p80)
1 sx mini s class

6 bellus (4 v1 and 2 v2)
6 goblins (4 v3 and 2 nano)
4 athlon 25 (2 mini and 2 regular)

Too many yet still not enough. Why? Shinyitis, for which there is no cure. Infection typically occurs from spending a great deal of time on a vape forum.
I couldn't of said it better myself haha.I haven't counted, but i am north of 20 mods, and probably 30 or so rta's,with no end in sight.
Why?Because i like them, and every time i turn around, another cool one comes out,so i want that too. Now,with all these 3d printed mods coming out,i'm going full force getting some of those to check out too haha.

You may well know that here in the UK (and most EU countries) it has become illegal to sell tanks bigger than 2 ml, as of 20 May 2017. And, e-liquid only to be sold in 10 ml bottles. And, other rules on the same tune.
Not commenting on it.
These rules have lead many hobbyst vapers to stockpile on tanks and other vape equipment and e-liquid.
Before the rule changed, I owned one dozen tanks and half of a dozen of mods, mostly high-end Yihis and a pair of MVPs.
What happened afterwards to the vape equipment stockpile, has no sense just as the events that triggered the hoarding.

Around 35-40 mods and the same amount of tanks.

Mods are mostly Provaris and Mechs. I tend to use the same regulated mod or two until they die and then replace them with the latest and greatest. I.e. Kanger KBox and iStick 30 out last year and Alien and Battlestar in.

Enough of each to last well past my lifetime, and that of several relatives and friends, too, if/when they need help with some. That was my purpose in stocking up - so no matter what the FDA, the states, etc. did, all of us would be able to vape for as long as we wanted to.

Can I be your friend?

LOL! :D

I've been able to build my "stash" by being a pretty good dealfinder. So while it was all affordable during the last year, I stocked up. I figured...no one knew or could predict what prices would do (for mods, tanks, coils, nic base, etc.), or how much would even be available much longer. Seemed to make sense for me to "get it while the gettin' was good"!

Pico 75W mods for $21-22.40 with Free S/H and Provari 2.5 Minis and regular 2.5 for $29.99-$39.99 were terrific prices IMO, for many of the mods I've stashed. Got many great deals on a variety of tanks, RBA's, and RDA's, too! I just had to do it while they were available!

Just another example is a deal I found tonight on KangerTech Subvod Kits for less than $15. That's hard to beat when most places have them for $25-35, and they can be used by those who are MTL vapers as well as DL! They're great for friends I'm currently helping to switch to vaping and a relative I've almost convinced to try switching. :)

Newbie that just started vaping, so I only have a Kangertech dripbox and a Smok Alien 220W with two baby beast tanks. Since I only just quit smoking, I'm going to get at least one more mod in case any of the other two fail on me. Trying to build up my baby beast coil supply also just in case. I'm afraid of a relapse to smoking if I don't have any vape equipment and juice available.

Excellent plan! Not worth the risk of picking up a cigarette again.

I have OLD mods going back to 2010-2011, but not counting the Joye and eGO stuff I have around 20 mods in variable voltage, wattage, and TC. The RTA count is about the same.

I've only paid over $100 for one mod. That was the Provari V2. The rest are mostly in the $20 to $60 range and almost all were purchased on sale.

I rotate the Alien 220W, Istick Pico 200W, Wismec RX200S, and the two Pico 75W most of the time. Every once in a while I fire up one of my iStick 20W or 40W if I want a small and compact vape and know that I'm in range of a USB charge port.

I'm always in shopping mode for a great deal on new stuff. It's insane how many deals pop up that I can't resist!

I’ve noticed from posts/replies that it looks like some people own an insane number of mods and tanks.
    So I’m curious,
how many mods and tanks do you own and why ?
I didn't know I was supposed to keep track. The only answer I can give is too many to remember, but not as many as @Shawn Hoefer
I guess I could start a spreadsheet or something...

This is so GREAT! I have 4 devices total and my wife, who only vapes a little with a vape pen unit, thinks I've gone over the edge with this vaping thing. I am sooooooooooooo going to make her read this thread so she can see that I am not nearly as nuts as you people are. Then I'm going to break out the plastic and start ordering more stuff.

Well, for awhile I figured if I was spending around $300 per month on smoking, there was no reason I shouldn't spend some of the money I was saving on whatever vape gear caught my eye. That's how I justified it.

I use it if I'm in areas I don't routinely go to outside of Manhattan. I hate the idea of asking for directions.;)

Christopher Columbus didn't like asking for directions either and look what he found!
