How many people have you helped?

About a week ago started a post telling you all that when my family (father, mother, and brother) saw me vaping, they all started vaping and quit smoking as well. I heard a few of you tell me you had simular stories.

I would like to hear from everyone....HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU CONVERTED? It is interesting to me to hear stories of lives changed and how you were able to change it for the people around you. So, please share your life changing stories with me and the rest of the ECF community.

Well I did give my first usb pt prototype to a friend who has not been vaping in a year or so...now at least he does when he's sitting at the puter playing WoW. Also ordered my friend a small starter kit that will be here tomorrow or sat and we'll see how that goes.

I began late January. I would say that right now there are about 15 that I know bought kits/liquid. How many are "converted" now I do not know.

I personally know of 3, but i've given out many business cards in so many places - casinos, restaurants, etc.. If at least half of those people converted, than it would be about 30 + 3

I've converted a few. I'm just getting to where I feel comfortable steering people in the right direction. Vaping can be very frustrating at first and what's right for one person is not necessarily right for another. It takes a fair bit of knowledge to help people avoid the common pitfalls. I think that's key because if you start them on the wrong path they may just give up. I'm no expert yet, but I'm trying to get there.

I know for me it took a long time to find just the right combination of device/juice/etc for me to quit smoking. There are so many more products out there now than even just a year ago. I went to the Philly Vapefest last week and saw so many new things I felt like I was starting over again! Luckily, I can always steer new vapers to ECF or other basic vaping websites.

I dont really think i can take credit for it but i mentioned it to my dad and was going to get him a kit for his bday and he beat me to it and got his first in the mail yesterday. My story is about 8 threads down lol

So far, my mother and my aunt. I am writing a research paper on the alternatives to smoking and had to teach the class one day on the contents of the said. One woman took a copy of my class agenda and showed it to her 'baby daddy' and apparently it's convinced him to give it a shot.

I can only help people who already want to vape though they want to spend as little money as possible for quality e-cig parts. It's purely because of my own experience spending a lot of money on crap.

I have had several friends and co-workers asking about vaping, and I always refer them to ECF, and the library articles. One friend that seemed especially interested I haven't seen since we talked about it, but I'll probably see her this weekend, so I'll find out then.

One (my friend who always enabled my smoking) going on three people (including a friend who is primarily a social smoker)! Of course, I haven't even been doing this for two months.

Thanks everyone, those are the numbers i am looking for......imagine if everyone helps 3 people and those 3 help 3 more...ect. ect. Before we know it, we will most likely getting our gas raised to $8 per gallon because the goverment will lose BILLIONS from the cigarette tax they will be losing out on.

I've been able to convert two people to full time vaping so far.. A few others have tried it and liked it but are not willing to make the investment in a starter kit.

The cigarette tax will be shifted to these before all is said and done I'd wager.
