I love smoking, not only because of the nicotine but also because I like to sit back and reflect a lot on life. Smoking gives me a nice mellow feeling, the smoke rising in the air provides a hypnotic like state
. I'm thinking of converting over to e-cigs, but am wondering if it will end off being more expensive. I should just quit completely, but I really do enjoy smoking.
At anyrate.. I am a Newport 100 smoker, I have cut back to about a pack a day but a couple of weeks ago I was hitting 2 1/2 to 3 packs a day. I would estimate per cig, I would get about 15 - 18 puffs. When I smoke, I enjoy a nice deep inhale. The feeling of smoke hitting the back of my throat, and the expansion in my lungs is what I am looking for.
So, I am curious if one cartridge (or 3 - 4 drops of e-liquid) would give me about the same amount of puffs. If it ends up to the point where it costs me more than $150 a month I figure I'll just give up on the luxury all together. But, in reality I would like to keep it up for a while. Even if I eventually switch over to nicotine free smoking.
