How many smokers have you converted?

I only know two people who still smoke, which surprises me a bit. One promptly went back into the closet with her smoking and the other is "thinking" about it. Not a very good track record, and happy so many quit smoking before I did, but have a feeling the other two will come around eventually.
So far 2 co workers and still working on converting my brother.

Just remember how much relies on it. I know siblings don't often like to lose the argument but you might just save a life if you win this one.
I've helped three people order them. Two use it for backup but mainly smoke analog. One was only an occasional smoker so I think she's off cigs but isn't very dependent on the e-cig either. I wish we could buy supplies locally. One smoke shop carries a brand called Phoenix I think but they discourage people from buying them... huh?! I so want to open a dedicated e-cig store...I convinced my bf to drop the habit too and he was pretty anti-ecig at first but now he loves it!
I got my husband hooked two days into my own conversion. My neighbor (who is also my dad) came over just two days ago and said, "Okay...where is that shop y'all went to? I gotta give it a try." So...one, and oh-so-hopefully two.
100% of the smokers I am friends with... 1 person. Other than that I don't really vape in public, just in my car, house, desk at work(but I'm always alone), or sometimes bathroom if I am out and about, so I haven't had anyone ask me questions.
So far just one, but, the most important one....my son. I'm working on my brother now.
I'm still waiting on my first starter kit to arrive. I'm hoping to convert most ppl I work with, and the wife.
I gave my sister my ego twist with some clearomizers and charger and set her up with some ejuice. I googled the vape stores in her area and gave her that. She took some hits and liked it. But...she won't leave the analogues. She is using the ecig in places she can't smoke to get to the places where she can. Sadly, it has become a crutch for her smoking habit. Maybe in time I'm hoping she will like the ecig better.

I carry business cards with discount codes to online equipment and juice outlets, the local brick & mortar vape place, and this forum to give out to people who ask about e-cigs when I'm walking around, but so far nobody's asked me questions.

three and a half - one still smokes. May have a few unknowns -sent a lot of folks to different local shops. I was lucky, my cousin recently opened a vape shop in Cali. She helped me get set up - greatly. Still took me 3 days to kick all analogs. I have spent quite a lot of $$ on vaping, still better than smokes.
I converted my boyfriend first, and then a few friends at work, I try to get some of my customers at work switching since I feel terrible selling tobacco to people all day long, my sister, I've been working on my uncle and parents but they are slow and stubborn.
a good portion of my friends 7 in total i love it i want people to know there is another way out and it works. awesome part is to only be off analogs for a month and a half and feel so free of them.
Myself, but talking to anyone still using the analogs that want to know about gaping.
