Love your Avatar !!!!!! Really gets me going!!

I'm a newb that went right to 0 nic from the start. My addiction is to the physical act more than the nic. In the past when I would quit analogs I never had a problem going a few weeks without anything. (longest was 5 years!) But what always started me back was the desire to hold a cigarrette and smoke. I'm new to vaping but I can see that it's the Holy Grail for me! I hated the way I'd smell on analogs and the benefit of having no stuff thats going to kill me is awesome! I can sneak a few hits anywhere and know it's all cool!

Anyway to answer you question I've been using the 0 nic cafe Sumatra from Vapor Station.com. I must say they are an exceptional supplier! My 510 kit arrived in 3 days and reorders of juice have been just as fast. I haven't gotten involved in all the chemistry experiments many on these boards have. So far it's all workin for me as is!!

I'm a new vaper as well. I was never really much of a cigarette smoker, I would occasionally smoke a few whenever I was out partying and drinking. I do smoke other stuff *ahem* so when I can't smoke that I like vaping. It has a fun flavor and keeps me occupied and focuses my mind elsewhere. I got a DSE-901 a few weeks back, I bought some vanilla low/11mg. But as I really like vaping, I would overdose on the low. It was too much nicotine for me so I immediately switched to zero nicotine. I buy my PG liquid from RuyanDirect.com So far (in zero nic) I have tried the Vanilla, Strawberry & Chocolate. I really like the vanilla and chocolate. I have ordered the mint & cappacino, I am eager to taste them.

I started with zero nic right out of the box almost a year ago now. I had read about some people having issues with PG so I use VG and I make my own e-liquid and also buy VG based from Johnson Creek and now E-Planet. I got burned out on Lorann and now only use menthol and "tobacco like" flavored ones---that really do not taste like tobacco to me at least. I am very pleased that I do not have to deal with the nicotine, but have to say the hand to mouth is just as addictive, if not more addictive for me---------Sun

I use a 401 with zero nic PG juice. I've never been a cigarette smoker - just stuck to the occasional cigar and cigarillo - so I haven't had a nic addiction to kick. The 401 is my fancy cigarillo. I hope to never touch tobacco again.

At the moment, I'm only using it outside because I'm still unsure about the risks of second hand vapor. On the positive side, that means the little 401 cartridge lasts me for about 2.5 days! I'll miss it in the winter. :)

I just need to find some stronger flavors, as the Johnson Creek juice that I bought with it is too weak for my tastes - though, from what a hear on another forum, they are releasing stronger flavors later this year.

I've been trying to switch over to zero nic this week, with varied success depending on the day I'm having. For the most part, I still need that tiny bit of nicotine I'm getting from my 11mg liquid -- and I even cut that down sometimes if I'm just sitting at the computer chain-vaping.

It's just a weird mental thing for me -- I can enjoy 0-nic for a little while, but then I start asking myself why I'm doing this at all, if I don't "need" to inhale the drug. I know it makes no sense if I'm enjoying it either way, but there ya go. Maybe someday!

I've also found that it takes a while to get used to the taste of vapor. Some of it probably had to do with the primer fluid, so I'm tasting the flavors better now. I did try one TC cartridge, but that was while I was still getting used to things, so I didn't really enjoy it. I'm saving my TC juice for last while I go through all the other cart flavors.

Still use other levels of nicotine in the morning, but vaping 0 through out the day instead. I tried going straight to 0 and it took about 3 days before I started feeling a little off centered... decided to keep other levels on hand and use them as I need them... My favorite is my 0mg spearmint all day,,and also will mix it some 8mg coconut and vanilla.. next order I will get coconut and vanilla in 0mg. It may be a while from now before I let completly go,, but will always keep an 18 or 24mg level on hand

I'm on my way and have no doubt I'll make it soon, but I don't want to rush it.

Like others in this thread I have more of an addiction to the act of smoking, and the break it affords me, than I do to the nicotine. I started with 11mg juice and soon bought some 0mg juice of the same flavor and brand which enabled me to cut it to about 8mg.

On order is a sampler of 6mg juice which I will go with once the 8mg mixtures are gone.
After that I am not sure what I'll do, but maybe a few bottles of 6mg and 0mg to mix to 3mg.

I just want to make sure before I take the plunge in stocking up on juices.

Other than the 1st week (when I did not have 0mg) I have been only -0-. I was a pipe/cigar smoker and just enjoyed the idea of a pipe/cigar in my hand. I use a DSE901 (from electronic-ash) with juice from Nuvape.com. My current fav is Menthol with pipe, cherry and rum right behind it.

I have used both PG and VG and not found any physical problems with either. Still debating on going with just one or the other or a combo of both.

Any suggestions?
