How much cash have you spent on DIY?

I would hate to think about how much I've spent on DIY stuff so far... The other day the wife commented on the number of syringes that I have, she said that if someone saw them they would think that I was a drug addict....

But to give a guesstimate, somewhere around $500.00 sounds about right....

Just checked my WL past orders.
$215 since march.
Not bad, about 6 weeks worth of smoking. I've pretty much settled on 2 flavors.
Got enough nic on hand to last me about 1-1/2 years

Since I got into DIY primarily to save money, and I only mix for myself (well, and the occasional "hey try this one" I mail off to internet friends) it warms my heart to see that I've spent about what I would have in 3 months of smoking.

If you want to create a complex and unique juice then DIY and saving money shouldn't be in the same sentence. If you are happy with simple 1 or 2 flavor juices then yes you can save money. (and honestly any vendor that has 40+ juices listed it's almost guaranteed 90 percent of them are 1 or 2 flavor juices)

As to the recipe's (formulas) refer to first sentence as to the reason why you don't find alot. The ones you do find are usually something someone just thought up and posted without really testing or its something they really didn't like but figured someone else might.

$50 got me a gallon of PG and VG
Another $50 or so into a 120 and 250ml of 100mg/ml nic
Probably $80 in flavors (this is probably a bit high)

I can go for another year or more off this alone with only buying nic. I am going to buy a 500ml bottle, split it up and freeze it.

I try not to think of how much I spent on diy stuff.if it is 100 a month then its still way cheaper and i dont smell like azz afterwords.
