I could buy 50ml a fortnight for £20 plus p+p and it would last about 17 days. Or i could buy 120ml, from the same vendor (Paradisevape), for £42 every 4 weeks and it would last nearly 6 weeks. Seeing as i get the extra 20ml for £2 i choose to buy my nicotine solutions once a month and still have some left over.

I have looked into DIY but i am not entirely satisfied with the choices that are available. It seems there are not nearly as many concentrated flavours available as there are premixed solutions. As i am disappointed with most flavours i buy to try i feel i would be just as disappointed with concentrated flavourings. As it is i only have about 3 flavours that satisfy me amongst about 30 flavours i have in total. I have seen 1 or 2 concentrates that i may try out at some point but i am perfectly happy to buy premade solutions for now. If i did get into DIY i figure it would cost about £25 per 100ml unless i find a vendor that sells nicotine liquid by the litre at a bulk price instead of 50ml 72mg bottles for £20.

When I first started vaping I was buying cigalikes and spending about $60 a month on cartridges and still smoked a half pack of analogs a day.

when I finally got a decent ego style battery, I quit analog and was spending about $60 a month on juice delivered through a wimpy vivi nova.

Switched to mega dual coil cartomizers and bumped up my juice expenses to about $100 per month.

Switched to vv/vw battery and cartotanks/iclears and was spending way too much on juice. Started doing DIY and I spend about $100 per month while stockpiling about a quart of juice each month.

Like you I'm still new so I'm spending way too much trying out flavors. I still haven't found my perfect vape. I just got 8 5ml bottles from EC Blend for $18. Two weeks ago it was $40 for a bunch of flavors from Vaporbomb, and a week before that it was $30 from My Freedom Smokes. I'm sure in the next couple of days I will find another place that I just have to try. I'm sure that eventually I'll find "the one" and the experimentation will slow down.

50 - 70 a month. But the problem is I haven't found an ejuice that I absolutely love and would wanna use as a daily vape, so I've been buying bottles every month and trying em out. I now have 1 entire shelf of ejuice ranging from i-hate-it-and-wanna-kill-it-but-i-can't to mehhhh-once-in-a-while to this-isn't-too-bad. My search continues for something I love, although I have some legend(gandalf) from HHV on its way to me. I'm PRAYING that is THE ONE.

on a side note, if you have a good recommendation for a pure tabocco (minimal sweetness/caramel), pure tobacco with menthol (that's my gandalf order 50-50vg/pg with mild menthol) and a nice lemonade-ish flavor, i will be eternally grateful. (pls ignore this if this is hijacking the thread!)

p.s. I have 30ml of v2 platinum mint tea eliquid with 18mg that I would have no problems with giving away. PM me if by some chance you're one of those who actually enjoy it.

Love your description of your juices! I also have many i dont like. Shld be a recycle program of sorts ;-)

It's good to know my experience is pretty typical then - when I first ordered my eGo starter kit for $22 from China, I figured that this was going to be a cheap hobby - once I started realizing that there was so much more to it, I figured it was worth spending about $100 on. Then it's just screw it, I didn't want a PS4 anyways.

What are some good shops that send samples to Canada on the cheap?

my DIY trials failed so I now stick to buying juice...I spend $20 a month on zamplebox and buy 3 bottles of high end juice at around $12 each...so $56.00 per month and I am happy........ sill less than 1/2 what smoking cost me

What is Zamplebox? It looks interesting, but it's invitation only.

Once a month I order Three 60ml bottles of my ADV (cinnamon bun) from BWB-Just under $100. Throughout the month I budget another $40 to try new juices that sound interesting. Other than the one juice, I cannot seem to find any others that I really like. I have numerous tanks and devices which seems a waste when I only have 1 juice that I like. So, DIY supplies are being put in my vaping budget come January.

When I first started my vaping experience, I must have spent at least $1000 within my first three months on mods, atomizers, & juices just to experiment and find what works for me. It's been on the decline ever since, thank goodness. Within the last month or two, I've probably spent around $100 on bulk juice buys. I've been meaning to experiment with DIYs though. I figure that'd eventually save me a significant amount on my juice expenses.

Apply for an invitation, you get one immediately! Or message zamplebox on Facebook, Tony, the owner, usually answers right away. Said they'll ship my first box tomorrow!
Basically all the big name brand juice makers sent samples to ZB, and they ship out random selections to people, all in 6mg ish strength - $25 for 50ml+ and $45 for 100ml+, though I haven't heard of anybody getting less than 30% more than advertised
