My hubby is dying looking at what I'm spending trying to find some good juices, and I ordered a few different battery set ups, blah blah blah. I don't really wanna add up what I've spent all together from the get go.
My response to him? "It's cheaper than lung cancer!"
Good answer.
Also, I found that getting "set up" isn't any indication of normal. I started with Bleah, I mean Blu, found ECF, switched to a still "cig-a-like" but Joyetech set up, ordered every juice under the sun and not long ago did add up how much I was spending and passed out for a while.
Then realized my spending on cigarettes which have become
very expensive had been dropping like a rock (which startled the hell outta me lemme tell ya, nobody thought I'd quit, I sure didn't think so). It was almost a "wash". I did go overboard one month switching to my Twists with Vision carto set up then...
Went DIY on the juices (simple stuff, nothing complex) and spent $30 in July then another $30 in
November. Then $36 yesterday because my batteries are dying and won't hold a charge long so I started replacing them. So last six months... $16 a month average.
I don't think the "start up" counts. I've rarely run into somebody who hit the right combination of hardware and juices and all first time out. Most everybody has to play around with things, try things, experiment and then settle in with what works for them. But once you find what works for you and what you like, it can cost far less.
Definitely less than cigarettes.
