3.5-6.5 ml per day. If I'm driving a lot, in any given day, I tend to get to around 6ml, or even 6.5 on the days I have a ~700 mile round trip. But days when I'm working with my hands a lot, 3.5 or at the most 4 ml.

There are the occasional 9-10ml day when I'm trying a bunch of new flavors or giving a new device a work out to see if the device is worth a hoot or not.

So, I really haven't set myself any rules... or goals as far as consumption goes. It's really variable. I guess I could say it must be an average of 6 ml per day because I tend to order about 180ml of juice per month.

How do you guys KNOW how much you use in a day. I can't seem to get a handle on it. Is it because I use cartos & not tanks?
Since I don't vape a carto dry, I'm dripping into it, setting it aside, picking up another one that was previously soaking, I just can't figure it out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I would like to know how much I am vaping in a day.

One not-scientifically-accurate-but-close-enough-way would be to simply date your bottles, from Opened to Empty. Then divide the number of ML by the days elapsed.

Over a relatively short time it will give you a very close handle of what you're consuming. Like I said, not EXACT, but surely good enough. :)

Of course, if you do a lot of "juice-bouncing" (vary), this approach will not work. It can still be done but it takes a little more attention as you're filling up.

Sitting down, facing forward.
I'm fair new to vaping, as you can see, and I guess I'm doing 3-4 ml per day. That's based on carto use mainly with some use of a clearo around the house. Since I was smoking a little over half a pack of cigarettes a day, this is a monetary savings not to mention a potential health savings that I'm quite happy with.

Yep... I never realized that I was "juice bouncing" LOL
Prolly after I find my all day vape I'll be able to figure this out.
The other challenge is when a carto goes bad, doesn't taste good anymore for some reason, I toss it in the trash. 9 times out of 10, that carto was mostly full.
Maybe I'll just vape on & not count milliliters.
Thanks

I'm usually around 12-14ml a day right now, but I've been off of work for a couple weeks. :D

Ain't no way you go down a 15ml in one day, c r a z y, lol . If emptied my 2.5 tank by night time and another half of the other tank I can't vape no more and I got my provaris with me 24/7. .
