A couple hundred in 6 weeks of vaping. I think you spend alot at first then find what you like and settle in. At least I'm hoping!!

I keep thinking that. Then my vamo breaks !. Spent 2 hours fixing it. Good job i've got a tesla for a backup. These vv/vw mods worry me as to how long they will last. So, the search continues. I'm looking at a "smok Magneto Telescope" mechanical at the moment. I think i may go mechanical because they are less likely to fail. I don't think i want to be worrying about the problems the vv/vw mods can cause me.

Between the Mrs. and I, somewhere in the neighborhood of $4,000.00 in a year of vaping. Saving money was never a priority in quitting cigarettes.

Sounds like a lot, but we now have a half dozen Caravela's (topped with Vela tanks, Ithaka's, Prometey), a Provari, 2 Mark Bugs Wizards, some beater mods (K100's and such), a drawer full of nice drip tips, HH357's, etc., 60 bottles of excellent juice and 4 healthier lungs.

We pif'ed Volts, Vamos, Vivi's and all the other beginner hardware to our two children who smoked, and they no longer smoke. That's already worth MUCH more than the 4K.

What we DIDN'T spend was about $3,800 between two of us on cigarettes. I'm set for hardware now, so year 2 will be WAY less expensive. Our monthly tab for juice, wick & wire is laughable at about $45. I'm totally comfortable with it.

:toast:...:).....

More than I would like - about $300 - but mostly because I am learning. I figure soon I will settle into a more cost effective routine.

Im with you. Im close $300 Between twist batteries, CTwists, Tanks and more tanks... then finding the right tanks, then Juice. Ah Juice... Ive found a few I like. Vaping 7 flavors atm. One of which I could dump. Tastes Like vaping from that old bottle of varnish u forgot on the shelf..... 10 years ago. yuck

I started almost 4 years ago with a Joye 510 kit, then a Silver Bullet $100, Super T Super 6 $170, 2 The Buzz mods around $100 each, 3 Provari's one backup my wife uses & 1 she broke and 1 I used. Just bought my first Kranger Protank II and an Ego CC for fun. My next purchase I hope is a Super T Precise Plus 18650.

Yep batteries, cartos, atties, etc. a lot of stuff

Roughly 1100 on mods and 950 on atties.. Juices probably another 400.. Wasted a lot of sample bottles that I never enjoyed.. Prob about 250ish on custom drip tips as well.. This was over a long period of time and I now have 4 mods 6 atties which I trade around or sell and buy new ones. 80 on batteries, 40 on chargers. About 100 on materials like wick wire.. So about 3k total... Lol.. And this was supposed to save me money.. Could've paid off my DUI fines :(

Funny you mention samples. I try a few samples here and there and some naturally aren't for me. But later on when i started using an RBA they performed a lot, lot, better.

Switching to ecigs began with me and my wife about 3 weeks ago. I tried months before, but it didnt sound good at the time. She overheard coworkers suggesting it so we went. That was about a 200 dollar trip that day. Couple of days later I tried another shop and fell in love with the evic, had to have it. Another id say 200 later, I have built it the way I want it. So to date, Within the month? Id say 400-480 dollars....

I don't know if it's just me but............I could never find a dark liquid that would vape well at all using silica wick. But since i started using a genny with a stainless steel wick things have changed quite dramatically. Today for example i'm vaping with "cinnamon danish". It's 100% vg and very dark. I have to say it's one of the best flavours i've ever had and provides plenty of vapour. Such a satisfying th. I tried this same liquid in a protank and a T3 but it just didn't perform well at all. I just couldn't get much vapour.
