£490 ish for me:

disposable E-cigs, 510 E-cigs, Ce4+'s, Vivi Novas, Protanks, DCT's, all manner of cartomizers for carto tanks, Genesis atomizers, rba's, ego's, spinners, twists, vamos, sigelei's, mechs, Lion Chargers, 18350's, 18490's, 18650's, protected, unprotected, hundreds of e liquids. The list is exhausting.

I wouldn't change it for the world . . .or analogues!

You got all that for about $500. I think i need to move to the usa !

It's difficult to tell exactly: actual vaping gear accounts for maybe £200, and vaping has led to buying a whole bunch of stuff I wouldn't have bought otherwise (tools, mixing equipment, batteries, a decent charger...) - but still a lot less than the money I've saved relative to smoking. Right now I'm pretty much set up for the next two years. I won't need to buy anything except flavour concentrates for a while; the cost of vaping with a combination of rebuildable atties and DIY juice is *really* low. From here on, the expenses go waay down, the savings relative to smoking keep climbing steadily...

(btw: that £200 includes the first six months on pre-filled cartos, which are about the most expensive and the least effective way to vape. Very glad I moved on from that)

An educated guess tells me that most people go through that particular learning curve !. Seems like a waste of money in hindsight. But it turns out it's what stopped me from smoking. Although the only way i could get them to work was to both draw and inhale at once. Worked great with menthol.

One month in, here's the list... (so far! lol)

v2 starter kit with accessories (mostly prefilled carts)- $149.30
v2 juices - $45.65

*found ECF, and did research*

Provari with add-ons and accessories - $272.90
mini protank's - $28.97
PT2's and 510/ego adapter - $49.75
some juice - $51.96

*while waiting forever, (seems like it) I HAD to have something better than a cigalike*

egoC and accessories - $88.75
some more juice - $71.45
had to try BB and GJ from AVE - $20.94 - which REALLY needs to steep (age), I hope, because both were horrible!

cost of my vaping thus far - $779.67
cost of being smoke-free - PRICELESS!!!

VAPE ON!!! :vapor:

Yeah, a lot of people understandably seem to regret purchases made during the experimentation phase, but it's easy to forget that we didn't emerge from the womb knowing that vaping was even a viable option, much less which particular vaping equipment best suits each of us. They might be inferior and over-priced products, but if pre-filled cartos and cigalikes didn't exist, how many of us would even be here now?

I tend to spend any money saved from not smoking on more vaping stuff !:?:

Hmmmm.........I began in January of this year 2013 using an electronic cig.....I have spent approximately $500-$600 to date.........I did however just purchase this sweet mod.....the new Zombie Provari Mini....Honestly this is such a small fraction of what I would be spending on cigarettes, so I don't worry too much about it. I consider it a reward for quitting smoking.......so I get which ever ecig I want, regardless of cost :).

I never got into a "starter" kit and went straight to a mod when I started. I had done a bit of research and didn't want to wait for any online order shipping so I bought all my gear locally. The bill came out to $190 and included an i2 charger, 2x AW IMR 18650s, 30ml of juice, a protank 2, and last but not least my Sigelei Vmax V3. Probably could have saved a bit of money if I ordered some of the stuff online but I was CONTENT to start vaping that very day. Since then I've bought some odds and ends to try out. My grand total is probably around $300 since I started which was 3 weeks ago(ish).

First order received Oct 3rd 2013 - Halo G6 Starter Kit plus blank and pre-fill carts - 80 bucks

Second order today Halo eJuice (4 tobacco flavors) and two G6 XL batts - 50 bucks.

Told halo support that their standard G6 batts are both dead at the same time even after explicitly following their directions for initial charge and follow up charging after they 'blink' equals a big FAIL - Priceless

What... 5 posts? OK, can I go to the Halo forum now...?
