About $400-$500 in 3 weeks would've been less if I knew about the provari before I purchase an evic. Oh well live and learn. Now I've been browsing mechanicals lately so that price may or may not go up another $200 or so. I keep telling myself mechanicals are just for novelty. I don't know if that's working.

First, it is hard to put a price tag on being smoke free but I am sure it is worth more than what I have spent on devices, batteries and juice. Last time I tried to add it up I came up with just over $2500 with no attempt to factor in all the DIY supplies for nic liquid, flavors, no-nic base VG, wick, kanthal wire and ss mesh. But I think I am at the top of the curve and slowing down on my need for exploring every new device and rebuildable. November has been the first month in a long time that I didn't order at least one or two new APVs and some new rebuildable atomizer. Zero spent in November. Taking it one month at a time.

3 months in and OMG...
Started with V2 Ultimate kit - $160 then
2 ego twist + 4 clearos - $100 then
Discovered Dripping...Reo Grand +reomizer and parts - $200
Provari, Kayfun lite, nemesis and other attys and tanks - $600
Juices and DIY flavorings and Nicotine - $400
3x as much as I would have spent on smoking cigs but I'M NOT COMPLAINING.

I've spent about a grand in the two and a half months since I stopped smoking. That includes about 70 flavorings, a liter of vg, pg, and nic, all the glassware, syringes, bottles for DIY. For gear I started with g6, then to triton VV, then right to Provari and it's accessories (tatro end cap, hippo air flow, batteries, etc. I also have two 23mm snp tanks and two sophias on the way for it).

I probably should have went from the g6 right to provari rather than spending the $$ on the triton, would have saved me a little. I'll pick up another provari for backup, but I'm good on gear now. All told, though, I have still saved about $400 from what I would have spent if I was still smoking and now the savings should really start building.

Devices ~$200, supplies/liquid ~$200, I should be even cost wise shortly after January since I still need to get more DIY flavoring and bottles...lots and LOTS of bottles. :D

On my 1 year anniversary I'm going to get myself something special, either a Provari, REO or something else to commemorate the day.

Good for you !:)
