Found a site with a Polished Stainless Steel Provari 2.5 for about £200. I've saved £100 and should have enough money in about 2 weeks. Thing is they've only got 2 in stock. I shall be kicking myself if they're out of stock when i go to buy it. Really want the stainless steel version. You understand that i can't tell you where right ?.

I started vaping May 15 of 2013 or about that time. I went from smoking 2 packs of reds a day to an ego style batt with a ce4 and haven't looked back. I have been through different ego style including vv models, MVP (1 and 2), evic, vamo, too many different clearos to count and carto tanks. All in all I have probably 600-700$ between myself and my wife which is still so much cheaper than what we were spending on real cigarettes. So glad we switched.

So far within the year of off and on vaping, around 250

LOL!

Wish I could of done this! right off the bat have an amazing mod,

Yeah I had some regrets after clicking the "Place Order" button since I have no idea how much better a Provari would be compared to other mods that costs 3-4x less.

Oh and little did I know that there are these things called rebuildable tanks... I will look into it and it'll probably cost me another $100+!

Well, I vaped Ego batteries and EVOD/Davide tanks for like 1.5 years. Just this past few days, I "invested" $200 in 3 days :) I got an iTaste SVD, iTaste VTR, [2] Efest 18650 batteries, [2] Efest 18350 batteries, and [1] Nitecore Four-bay Intellicharger 8) Id say I spend about $50/month on juices, and replaced my EGO batteries every 6 months! So Im getting up there money-wise. But I SAVED a TON of money compared to cigs, so Im quite happy overall. I turned a cig addiction into a vape addiction, but I feel WAY better than I ever did on cigs :)

Not exact numbers here, but I've tried to keep track

Switched to vaping on 11/11 , Last total of cig/ecig spending/savings calculated 12/13 ~735 days.
Ecig costs 2011 + 2012 = $903 / ecig costs 2013 = $533
Total Ecig cost $1437

Savings estimated for $5 a pack here in California (Kinda low, should re-do $5.50)

1 to 1.5 packs a day estimated $4593.75 would of been spent on cigs.
So $3156.75 saved from vaping.

Also out of that total that would of been spent on cigs the Fed/State didn't make $1730.94

I love my DIY juice...otherwise I'd probably have spent like $1K more on ecigs.

my first purchase in vaping i put a limit to the price of a carton of smokes. 60 bucks. i've got a budget to respect. this deserved a fair shake so head to head $60 vs $60. i'm thinking i did good so far and know i'll be going back next week for spares and different juices etc, but on the same budget i had for cigarettes.

pros- healthier than smoking, excitement
cons- i wish i could've spent more in there!

That's pretty much what i do. Just spend the money i would have spent on cigarettes on vaping instead. I do it every week.

I've spent a lot in the month and a half I've been vaping. Started with a joyetech ego, then bought about 6 kanger t3s tanks, then wanted more and bought an evic, but still didn't cut it for me so I just bought a h cigar nemesis and an igo-w and i think im set for a while. I do buy a lot of juice tho. I probably have about 20 15ml bottles of various brands and flavors. But all the money spent is better than killing myself with analogs.

I'm in the hole about $500 but that's because I bought a lot of devices, probably more than average, and am trying to find my goto juices. The last time I started vaping, I went cheap on everything and ended up giving it up ... wasn't satisfied. I could probably have sold some of my stuff and to recoup my investment but usually give it away to noobs so they don't make the same mistake; if I can get someone off analogues, it's worth the investment.

Right now, I have 5 Spinners, an MVP 2 and a couple Sigelei ZMax's plus PT2's (reg and Minis), evods, iClear30's and am looking at the pyrex ARO's and I use them all for different situations. If I can limit myself to just ejuice for the next couple, three months, I'll break even although, factoring in health savings, I'm already ahead of the game. :)

Strictly gear and in just over a month:

Mech mod (First mod) - $225
RBA (First tank) - $185
2x Same RDAs - $215
Extra, custom, and spare parts for Mech Mod and RBA - $125

This does not include wires, wick types, juices, tools, and all the time I spend learning, reading, and building. And to some, time IS money! ;)

There isn't any price I could put on my health. I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing, and the hardware I purchased will last my lifetime!

In at the deep end ! :)
